I'm really satisfied with the new gas water heater that Ryan Nash installed at my house. He prioritized to finish the install late at night! Provided excellent customer service as he was patient to move the water softener out of the way of the water heater and even modified the water pipe for better access to water heater. Ryan has been courteous and professional. He explained what I needed to look out for when common water problems arise. He also fixed a leaky pipe at my front yard. I examined his work after the install and would say that all the connecting valves and drain pipe were placed much better than the old that came with the house.Corbin, the new apprentice has been helpful moving items in the garage as well. We've used AR twice, once for a leaking hot water heater that needed replacement that day. They did that very professionally that same day (I called late morning, it was done by 5 pm). We also had some evaluation and work on our water regulator valve and some shower fixture install work. All done professionally and all explained to us.
