It's easy to write a great review about Plumbing Tree. It's also easy to write too much! But we'll try to summarize. We have used this company pretty much since it began. At three different locations. With different challenges. Different degrees of difficulty. But always...same results: Jobs done. Jobs done well. For reasonable rates. This is a company that reflects the ethics and philosophy of its founder: Yes, it is OK to make money, but not until you FIRST make sure you have taken care of the customer. In our experience, Plumbing Tree accomplishes this in several ways: First, before a representative comes out, they ask important questions, and request photos or documentation that can help them solve the problems BEFORE they even step inside your home. Second, the individuals who represent the company also represent the company's philosophy; this means that they, too, arrive not looking for more work, they arrive looking for ways to fix the problems, and to work efficiently and effectively. Finally, they suggest alternative solutions that--get this--won't tack on more time or more cost...but achieve just the opposite: they attempt to find ways to make you happy in less time, for less money. When we first used Plumbing Tree those many years ago, at the end of my review I wrote something like this, This company is going to get big. Get in on the ground floor. I was right. It has grown...but it hasn't outgrown that core philosophy. Use them!

I want to genuinely thank EZ Plumbing USA for saving my house from the nasty slab leak. Moulds had covered my house when I called them after reading their reviews. I wanted to give the work to someone responsible and they seemed a trustworthy organisation. They gave me a 30 minute overview of the work and quoted the budget. It suited me so we went ahead. Their team took care of the slab leak detection and repair alone and it never bothered me again. Thank you!

Amazingly honest. Ace Contractors unclogged a sink drain this afternoon when I mistakenly thought I needed hydro jetting because so many of my neighbors were having rooter rooting done. I didn't need it and they didn't do it saving me lots of money. I am really happy with this Ace experience. Highly Recommended. I know I'll be calling Ace Contractor for my next plumbing needs.

Initially we had Brinks among 4 other sewer repair companies provide bids for our sewer line problems. The Brinks techs spent almost 3 hours completely scoping out the problems with cameras, and as such, nothing was left to chance. No other company came close to that assessment. No fee was charged for all that work. Additionally, the owner of Brinks Services visited us prior to any formal bid and contract. He explained the necessary work, answered all our questions and addressed our concerns. This was important because I wanted no surprises or change orders in our project once the initial scope of work was defined. The bid, and scope of work including timelines, were all comprehensively addressed in the contact. Very well done.The work itself was extensive and involved over 3 weeks at our home. The staff who did the work were the best. Totally professional, courteous, and great communicators. All our concerns and questions were promptly addressed. Even when I found one of my toilets in my shower. I got a great picture. They worked hard to minimize the significant inconvenience of not having working sewers in our home. The repairs were finished as outlined in the scope of work with no surprises.
