Initially we had Brinks among 4 other sewer repair companies provide bids for our sewer line problems. The Brinks techs spent almost 3 hours completely scoping out the problems with cameras, and as such, nothing was left to chance. No other company came close to that assessment. No fee was charged for all that work. Additionally, the owner of Brinks Services visited us prior to any formal bid and contract. He explained the necessary work, answered all our questions and addressed our concerns. This was important because I wanted no surprises or change orders in our project once the initial scope of work was defined. The bid, and scope of work including timelines, were all comprehensively addressed in the contact. Very well done. The work itself was extensive and involved over 3 weeks at our home. The staff who did the work were the best. Totally professional, courteous, and great communicators. All our concerns and questions were promptly addressed. Even when I found one of my toilets in my shower. I got a great picture. They worked hard to minimize the significant inconvenience of not having working sewers in our home. The repairs were finished as outlined in the scope of work with no surprises. Brinks office staff were also quite professional and informed us every day of the work schedule. In summary, Brinks Services did the work in a professional manner from start to finish. The project finished on time and within the budget. No one could expect better. They were great and I would hartily recommend this company for your sewer rehab jobs.Michael Handman

These gentlemen made a contract with my house previous owner during my escrow. Accordingly they replaced 10’ of cross-woven fiberglass liner with 10 years guarantee related to an issue figured out by my inspector during escrow. They made contract on 26th December, I closed escrow 2nd January (so they conducted the job around this time I don’t know when). After 2 years, last week problem reoccurred. Brinks inspector identified as the problem related to the job they did 2 years ago. However Brink doesn’t want to comply with the guarantee term on contract and they are claim that “according to another clause in contract, I didn’t contact them once I bought the house, didn’t paid them $400 guarantee transfer fee and accordingly they didn’t visit my house and make inspection to clarify guarantee on contract can be transferred”. Probably to fix this issue is gonna cost me around $500 to $1000 which I am fine with. Don’t promise if you are not able to keep it. Dishonest business people.

My wife and I hired Brinks to line our 60 year old decaying and cracked cast-iron sewer lines. Unlike the other quotes we received, they were able to offer us a suite of lining methods so that we would not have to dig into our slab in any areas of our home. This was big for us since we wanted to maintain the original finishes and flooring. The other quotes we received were A. more expensive and B. would require us to remodel portions of our bathroom, which we did not want to do. Overall we are happy with Brinks and their service.
