My Drywall is getting repaired this week and it was recommended my copy pipes are looked at before installing new Drywall. Eric came in and assessed my pipes. Notified me that he did not want to waste my money and they are fine. the decolorization is normal and it would be a waste of money to replace anything as they look totally normal.

They helped us understand the issues, gave some additional tips on pipes in our home, and fixed the water heater in no time. I wouldn't hesitate to reach out to All Star again!

We had problems with old drains and had RR come out and fix them. After several false starts ,Alex ,Tony and Mike got it right and [fingers crossed] so far all is well. The lads were always very polite and did their best to take care of the problems as we went along, a pleasure to have them work for us.

I’m in the process of purchasing a home and requested Emory’s Plumbing & Camera inspection in order to get a better idea of the state of the plumbing of the home I’m buying. However, I was not present at either inspection because I was on the East Coast for work.Emory Plumbing did what was expected of them; hence, me giving Emory three stars. They conducted an inspection and provided results. However, the manner in which this was conducted and the quality of the report left more to be desired. The visual inspection was completed without any issues. But when it came to the camera inspection, the technician could not complete it because there was no clean out. So, the technician had to come back another day to complete it. Therefore taking more time out of our day. I wonder if this could have been avoided if there were more detailed questions asked of me when I made the appointment and issues like this were anticipated by technicians. Additionally, Emory gives their clients time windows (standard, of course), but having to make another appointment for a house I don’t own was an inconvenience to many more people than just my real estate agent.Considering that I could not be present for these appointment, it would have been helpful to get a quick phone call from the technician to give me a summary of the state of the plumbing. I did not need a full list but a courtesy call would have been helpful to assuage my concerns about the plumbing of the home I am about to buy. Instead, I had to call multiple times and when told that I would receive a call back, I heard nothing from Emory. When I did speak to someone, it was not even a technician. However, she did have a good grasp of the issues but could not speak to the specific detail of the home’s plumbing. Her customer service the best out of the all the people I dealt with, but it did not come without a bit of prompting on my end.I received the report 48 hours after the inspection. The report consisted of 1 page just stating the issue and a repair cost estimate. There were no pictures, no detail about the proposed repair for items that were more technical in nature, no explanation of the repair cost estimate nor did they include labor in their estimate. In sum, a substandard product.I would like to give Emory Plumbing the benefit of the doubt. Perhaps had I been present for the inspections, I would have had a better experience. But when I explained my situation, they did little to address my needs. It does not take much effort to return calls nor to provide a bit more detail in a report. I would recommend that Emory review their inspections reports to provide more detail and be more transparent in their repair estimates and to include an estimate on labor costs. Additionally, I would recommend that Emory improve their customer service procedures to include a follow up with their clients.

We called looking for an emergency plumber to come to our home. A water main had broken and water was gushing out! The service personnel that we spoke with on the phone let us know that the plumber was not available until after 5 (on a Sunday) because he was out in another job. However, she would see if he could call and assist us with shutting the water off. The plumber DID call and walk through the steps of shutting the water off. He even FacedTimed with us and we showed him what the area looked like and he guided us. We’re so grateful for his assistance!! We have to go through our warranty to get it fixed, but we are enterally grateful for the plumbers assistance as well as the friendly service personnel that took our call. Thank you, thank you, thank you!!

I had a leak in my shower that started as a small drip and became a steady stream in about a weeks time. So I called Fox Plumbing. I spoke with Nicole in the office. She was friendly, kind and professional. When she sensed the panic in my voice she quickly made sure that Pablo the senior tech could squeeze me in to his very busy schedule. From the original phone call to my shower being fixed it was 6 hrs. WOW now that is amazing service. Pablo showed up and was amazing, knowledgeable, very polite and fun. As for cost it was very reasonable. Absolute 5 stars! Fox Plumbing is your new go to Plumbing company.

I have used All American Plumbing in the past, and have recommended them to several friends. Justen and his apprentice were on time, neatly dressed, had shoe covers, and very pleasant.They were able to unplug my main drain, and able to retrieve a part that the tile person had dropped. Was able to show the piece that accidentally dropped into toilet, which proved I didn't cause it, and was refunded for the visit. They were also able to handle another problem while here, avoiding another trip.I'm having new counter tops and faucets installed soon in 3 baths and kitchen, and hopefully Justen will be able to do it. Both of them are certainly a asset to your company. Thank you for a job well done.

We've used AR twice, once for a leaking hot water heater that needed replacement that day. They did that very professionally that same day (I called late morning, it was done by 5 pm). We also had some evaluation and work on our water regulator valve and some shower fixture install work. All done professionally and all explained to us.

1st Response = NO ResponseLeft the office early for a 3pm remodel estimate with Robert. We texted from their appt. app at 3:20pm asking if Robert would be here. Received a text- “I’m running late I’ll need to get there around 5 or reschedule for tomorrow. Is that OK” Replied that 5 will work. No reply from Robert, and a no show for 5pm appt. Apparently they do not value your time. Inconsiderate and unprofessional.

I can't say enough about Ace Contractors and Gus Mendez who did our estimate. He was polite, respectful and really knows his business. His estimate came in below the others to install a tankless water heater and offered us an excellent warranty. I would recommend Ace Contractors and Gus to anyone seeking quality work at a reasonable price.
