Kenny gave us an estimate, and Steve started the work. Both are professional and friendly! We are happy with the work. Strongly recommend!

Elite Rooter has very friendly and very honest staff. Scott, Kristian, Bobby, and Franky were all very professional, upfront, and timely. Scott and Kristian even allowed my father and I to watch as they scoped my sewage system. They explained what and where their concerns were. Franky and Bobby spent an entire day digging under my 1960s home to make way for an entirely new sewage system after my cast iron had rotted and pulled put the old piping. We got a discount for my father's military service and they gave a credit to the work from the previous visit. I would highly recommend this company.

I guess it all starts with a story. It was early in the morning when I entered the master bathroom and heard water running somewhere in the house. After a search and not finding anything on I went to shut off the water main. The sound stopped. Bad news, slab leak. This is not when Mr. Rooter got involved. Had a locator service come out to locate the leak. They found it right in a 4-foot section between the main bath and the dining room. I decided on a re-plumb, and no Mr. Rooter was still not involved. The re-plumb would involve opening my utility wall between the master bath and guest bathroom. So, my thought is its time to remodel the guest bath. The wall in the kitchen was also going to have to be opened so my thought LET'S REMODEL! Nope, Mr. Rooter still not involved. Cut to the chase. My remodel contractor was installing the new shower drain in the guest bath and the main sewer drain basically collapsed. Now Mr. Rooter enters the picture. I decided on the No Trench pipe busting technique may be a bit more expensive the trenching, but you don’t have all the repair work afterwards. Omar and Jose were masters at what they do. Three holes in my slab and six days later all the rotting cast iron is now out of my house. They cleaned up after themselves and kept my house as clean as possible. Don't get me wrong with this type of work there will always be dust so you must accept that. This included changing out all drains, they even changed out the toilet pipe, and tub drain from the master bath. They even corrected the work from a previous plumber not correctly attaching to the main clean out near the street. There was a couple days they had to cut off early so the apprentice could go to school. Get this Mr. Rooter sends their people to school. Got to respect that. Anyway, to bring this to a close Omar and Jose were very good at what they do, and Mr. Rooter is now my only plumbing company. To explain the photos, the firs it he hole in the guest bath, what the largest but had to get to the master bath toilet and tub. The pile of dirt was place on a tarp to avoid messing up my yard. The last is my laundry sink, its plumbing was all messed up and the fixed it also.

So, I booked 24-hour emergency plumbing services to accurately locate the leak and fix the issue quickly. Their customer service is excellent. The professionals came to assist me in 60 minutes. They gave me an estimate right up front. I was ready with their course of action as it was in my budget. They are absolutely the best!

Easy Flow did a great job inspecting our drainage system for clogs. The amount of build up from hair and other gunk was astounding. Our plumbing flows a lot better now that we've got it cleaned out and installed the proper drain screens.

My toilet was backed up. Ruben gave me two options he could auger the toilet or pull the toilet. I told him I had changed toilet paper to a two ply. We decided to try the auger. It worked. He was very professional and polite. I would definitely ARS and Ruben.

Sal knowingly took my buckets that did not belong to him. He said he would call me back and never did. He is not professional.

I am selling my home and a home inspection revealed an active leak from the upstairs bathroom. Escrow was closing in 2 weeks and I needed a repair fast. I called AR Plumbing and Fernando came out on a Friday, gave me an estimate and started the following Monday even though it was a holiday. The source of the leak was identified and repaired the same day. Stucco and drywall access was restored a few days later and looks great. I highly recommend AR Chula Vista Plumbing and Drain.

We had Cass plumbing last week out to detect and repair water leaks in the yard. Jamieson, Jeremy, Raul and one other young guy(forgot his name) worked all day to fix the leaks under the house. They did excellent work. The tiles that had to be pulled did not even chip, and you would never know they were removed. We will definitely call them for any other issues in the future. Mixed feelings about our experience. The service was excellent - they responded promptly by phone, scheduled service, showed up as promised, and quickly completed the repair on our furnace. Now maybe my expectations are off, but the standard rate to install a $150 part was $750 - and it took 1/2 hour with no special tools required. That seems to me an outrageous hourly rate - and that's above and beyond the $90 show up at the door fee. The diagnosis was easy - I knew what was wrong and the tech confirmed it. Access to the furnace could not have been any simpler, an inside closet right by the front door - no climbing around in hard-to-reach places. I should have decided differently and just swallowed the initial fee.Response to owner...Actually yes - most people do have a very good idea what their steak will cost in the restaurant before they make a reservation. That is certainly not the case with appliance repairs - the cost is not know (not even approximately) until after the technician shows up for the appointment and gives an estimate. Sorry about the part cost difference, so it worked out to $475 for about 1/2 hour of installation work. Still an extraordinarily high hourly rate. The rest of the time was the technician driving back and forth to procure a part that he should have had on his truck in the first place. I do not expect to pay top dollar for a skilled tech to pickup a part. I am not begrudging your company a fair price. I just don't think that's how it worked out this time. If you've got fair flat rates, maybe you should post them on your website? Then I would know exactly what I'm getting into beforehand - just like a restaurant. As I said - I knew what the problem was, and the tech confirmed that diagnosis.
