Shout out to David O!!! Sink is broken and property management company is pinning to costs on me. I thought it was shady but no need to argue right then and there until I read over the lease.In the meantime I searched out a plumbing company to get an estimate of how much this would run me. David shows up within 30 min of my call to check it out. He does an assessment and takes a few pictures. He explained to me that this sink is old and poorly installed from the get go. We chatted and he was surprised when I said I might have to cover the cost. He showed me the pictures and explained everything that was going on. Old corroded pipes and wall mounts, cracking porcelain etc. He wrote up a plumbers report that I could deliver to my property management company that explains everything.I cant comment (yet) on the price as I have only paid for the initial inspection and reports and I have no idea what those usually run.His customer service and professionalism was 6/5 and he alone has definitely earned my business for future plumbing needs.

TLC Plumbing is honest, trustworthy, dependable and reliable company. I have used their services twice now and I am more than happy with the quality of their work. David was my plumber. I’m very happy with the quality of his work, his attention to detail and his expertise. TLC says their goal is to fully satisfy their customers from the moment they first answer the phone through completing the job by being prompt, courteous, and responsive to their customer’s needs. Well done TCL... I am very satisfied. David hit all the marks of how they want their customers satisfied. I hope I never have to call a plumber again... but of course I will... and I’ll be calling TLC Plumbing!
David was awesome! He repaired a pressure regulator for me as well as some plumbing in my bathroom. He was very responsive, flexible and upfront about the pricing. I wont hesitate to hire him again!

Had a new washer/dryer delivered. The washer couldn't be installed because hot water faucet was corroded and gas stub stuck out 6 from the wall. My old dryer sat quite a way out. Called TLC to inquire about getting these things taken care of. How is between 1 & 3? TODAY I ask? The owner Thad came out, assessed the job and now I'm ready to get them installed. Efficient, and very thorough in explaining each step. Not the first time I've used their services over the years and will call in them again when the need arises.And now that I know Thad and I both graduated from Monte Vista HS I wouldn't dream of calling anyone else. Thanks, too, for blowing all the wind driven debris from my previously swept garage floor!!! You guys rock!!!
I've used TLC three times over the past three years, and every time I've been super impressed, which is why I keep calling them when I need plumbing service. All three times were with different people who came out, but they were all super knowledgeable and efficient, and prices have always been reasonable. I've recommended them to many people.
Worst customer service ever. I had a window of arrival confirmed. I understand that windows can change but in this case it was chnaged without any DIRECT confirmation from me the client. That you call and leave messages but dont actually SPEAK to the client doesnt not equal confirmation that the schedule change is acceptable. I called out the dispatcher regarding this and for some reason she felt it was acceptable to cut me off and talk over me and she feels that i was getting crazy with her. I requested to speak to ANYONE else in the office which she refused to do. If it werent for the fact that my needs are dire I'd be requesting to move this over to some other company. They are a vendor that my property management company uses. Unfortunate as the initial communication went so well.
Provides very good service. Have used them several times over the past years. They put in a lot of works on our property and work hard and on budget as promised. They never proceed until they have your go ahead if any changes in conditions occur. Friendly staff as well.

No idea about their service but their technicians shouldn’t be doing 50mph through residential neighborhoods. Totally inappropriate. Pomona Ave in La Mesa. You know who you are.
