This company is always professional and efficient. The staff members are thoughtful and attentive to deal such as wearing coverings for their shoes and cleaning up after themselves with non toxic cleaners. They will explain the problem thoroughly and take time to make sure the job is done right. Best experience I've had with a plumbing company.

Got quote $750 to install a ice maker line to my fridge... about 3-5 ft of copper pipe and a tap into the water line. Bill Howe quoted the same job for $325.Look elsewhere if you have a small home job as these guys clearly don't want to do them. I'm only wondering why they decided to waste my time by even coming over for a quote? Just say no over the phone if the job is too small!

The technicians were polite, showed up with clean clothes and protective booties. They laid down clean drop clothes for the removal of the old furnace and install of the new. They got to work and didn't stop until they were in their truck 2 hours later, on their way to their next project.
