They were able to come and fix everything the next day. Their pricing was much more affordable compared to the competitors, while still maintaining the highest standard to the repair (bathtub clog and garbage disposal replacement). I will definitely be referring them and using their services if needed!

Our job consisted of replacing approximately 5 feet of our old cast iron sewer line from our clean out under our slab to the connection in our bathroom. I was very impressed with the quality of the work from Omar and Brian. They showed up at 8:00am and completed our sewer line repair in one day. They would answer any questions we had, we’re very respectful, and cleaned up when they were done.I would definitely use them again.

They were amazing! I have never seen a company work so hard to get a situation resolved. What we thought was going to be replacing some galvanized pipe for a sewer system ended up evolving into a larger job based upon there being a septic tank that nobody was aware of. They had shown up at 7 in the morning and didn't leave until 10 that evening. Add when the job went longer than had expected as far as the days, they offered to put my tenants up in an Airbnb because of the inconvenience. This had nothing to do with them and was just circumstantial based upon the age of the pipes. I split the cost with them but wow, they truly do live up to their name. 'Above and Beyond'. I have been a real estate broker for 34 years so I do come across quite a few contractors and the only thing I wish was that they were located in the Seattle area as well. Thank you! Thank you! Joe was wonderful! Getting the appointment was super easy and they made scheduling for the estimate way easy! Joe did the estimate for my leaky problem and didn’t force me to do unnecessary things to my plumbing problems. They Fixed my leaky toilet in less than an hour! Which is a life saver for someone who doesn’t have a lot of time to take out of their day. Will definitely go to them if I need a handyman for the house! reasonably priced for sure!

We had a main line blockage due to roots, called a very well advertised company to come help with the problem. After 3 days 4 different people, cameras, cutters, power jetting and then being told they can't get through the blockage and we were looking at upwards of 20 thousand to get the line replaced because it had to be collapsed. Fortunately a family member was over at the time and she said she had a friend who did this and called him, I spoke with him and he was at my home within the hour to take a look at what was going on. We told him all the issues and he said he would take a look with his camera. He took a look then said can I use my cutter and try and if course I said yes. He proceeded to put his cutter the same one the other company had and couldn't get it past 4 feet...had it down and the line cut and cleared within the first 15 minutes. You have never seen happier people! Joe and his assistant were very professional and polite, but mostly Joe is very knowledgeable in his trade. I will always call Joe at Above and Beyond for all my future needs. Thank you Joe.

My disposal was clogged on Sunday, the day before my Memorial Day gathering. I called Above and Beyond. Went through Yelp to find a plumber to install a new water heater after trying Home Depot. The contractor for HD kinda left me in a lurch of no reply to my email or voice message. I heard back from four local companies.Above and Beyond not only were the first to reply, they were first on the scene with Jose G coming out to do an inspection and estimate in 30 minutes after the initial contact.Joe G explained everything to me ( I knew my place was out of the newer code) of what had to happen to my satisfaction. He even made me aware of a discount coupon that I hadn't seen. We agreed upon the work order and schedule.The next day, Joe arrived with a co-worker and they removed the old heater, installed the new heater. All the while, they were respectful of the property and the neighbors ( Condo).All in all, I am very pleased with my decision to go with Joe and Above and Beyond. I highly recommend!

Our drain for the laundry became clogged, and we were having a mini flooding event in our garage. But more than that, with two babies at home, not being able to use our washing machine was a big problem. So like everyone else, I message bombed a bunch of businesses on Yelp, and these guys were the quickest to respond, with availability almost immediately! Their quote was fair (lower than others on Yelp) so I didn’t even try to haggle. Omar and the team did a great job and fixed our clog right away! They were also very professional and transparent, with clear explanations. Kudos for them being masked up as well, which means a lot to me and my family, because our kids can’t get vaccinated yet. Will definitely reach out to them again if we have any other plumbling issue (but hopefully not anytime soon!).

Joe and his team did a large plumbing job, replacing old cast iron pipes with all new drains as well as installing a laundry hookup. They did a great job! Our old water heater was leaking and caused a bit of water damage in our garage. Joe was able to come and see what was going on and referred us to get the damage fixed and install the water heater.Fast forward a couple weeks, where the construction company was fixing the dry wall and took it upon themselves to place the water heater. They ended up doing it wrong and we have no hot water for THREE days.Joe stopped by to pick up the old water heater and looked at the job they did and was concerned because it was wrong (Joe was suppose to install it but the construction company for some reason did it). He took it upon himself to make sure that he fixed this ASAP. He made calls got us a completely new water heater and installed it himself in LESS than 20 hours. He was determined about getting this fixed for us because he know we had no hot water.Joe and his team came in, did their magic and I went to wash dishes and burned my hand with hot water. I have never been so happy!It was so nice to know he really cared, wanted to fix the situation and followed through with everything he said. If I have any future plumbing issues I am 100% going to call them. I could not be more happy with their promptness, professionalism, and knowledge.

I am very happy with my service I was quoted over $700 to get my drain cleaned but my spidey sense said “no bueno”. They came in and cleared it for less than $200 and did not over complicate it. I 100% appreciate that and I will be calling again if any services are needed.

We recently bought an older home and plumbing was one of the first things we did to get it inspected since it’s cast iron pipes. We reached out to multiple plumbing companies and it wasn’t until we met Joe that we knew we wanted to go with them. It’s hard to find a company where you know they aren’t just trying to take your money and add on extra charges and fees. Joe and his crew were very professional and very honest people. They were super friendly and literally went above and beyond. They epoxylined our pipes and also fixed our kitchen line. They found a crack that our first inspectors never saw. I would recommend them to anyone as well as have them come back for any maintenance as needed.

We called to have someone check out multiple issues we needed: our gas line to the stove recessed, a refrigerator hose in a new area, a garage sink install and laundry p-trap fix. They were prompt, Covid safe, and the next day we had a fair price. We were flexible with our schedule so we said whenever they had the time and less than a week later it is done! They are very clean, great at communicating any possible issues that all construction work can have, not pushing “up sells” and won’t take a payment unless you like the work. We are very pleased. Everything was working fine until it didn’t.I hired Above and Beyond Drains & Plumbing to perform a sewer inspection.Our sewer was in really bad shape, at this point I had to replace the sewer lineWe had just done a major renovation on our front lawn so we were really bombed out about having that destroyed for the repairs needed.Joe let my family know of a very unique technique they do call Pipe BurstingWe were blown away and decided to proceed with the needed repairs.They only exposed two small trenches and were able to replace the sewer line, without having my lawn torn apart.Really pleased with their service, I am writing this review as they are cleaning up after themselves to finalize their service.

Over as well as Beyond did specifically that. We had a leak in our container hot water heater around 8pm during the night. While discussing yelp, they requested specific typical signs of dripping factors on the container. After describing to them and also taking images, they came by the following early morning early. They did not bill for a consultation like some other business, and also were detailed. Their pricing was very affordable, and also we wound up getting a tankless hot water heater installed the next day. They fully cleaned up after themselves, and also took the old storage tank heating unit with them leaving us with absolutely nothing except satisfied customers. We were constantly updated via text about who was going to come to our house and what time the service man would arrive.Miguel came to our house and was great. He is smart and explained everything clearly. Our main sewer line in our home was clogged. After the clog was cleared, Miguel used the camera and showed me the tree roots that were causing the problem. Joe came to the job site and brought an HD camera which gave us a better view of our problem. Miguel used the water-jetting equipment to resolve the tree root issue. His family-owned company and team of workers (i met Juan, David, and Viviana by phone) not only met my expectations -- expert workmanship, detailed professionalism, respectful courtesy -- they went ABOVE and BEYOND. Joe gave NO bait-n-switch, just UP-FRONT rates for our three plumbing issues -- even told us how to save money by buying the faucets ourselves. Joe gave us a $50-DISCOUNT for the inconvenience of changing our scheduled appointment due to an emergency. He put in practice the ABOVE and BEYOND by coming to work on SUNDAY -- which was Mother's Day! Joe was detailed, professional and respectful in explaining to my 97 year old mother the process of hydro jetting..He and his assistant completed hydro jet process without any issue. However, when they used the snake in the bathroom plumbing, they encountered an issue that caused a small leak. He and his assistant worked laboriously without concern of their time as long as it get fix. So they fixed it with no extra cost!!! Truly, these guys are troopers!!!!Bless his heart, my mother was happy with the discount.

This is the third time we have used this company and every time has been great. Jose Godinez helped me today with a dishwasher that was not draining; he immediately troubleshot the issue and isolated it to a build up of gunk, in the intake to the garbage disposal. I'm not knowledgeable about plumbing, so he could have told me it was a huge job, and I would have believed him. Instead he fixed the issue in under an hour and the service charge was reasonable. As an added plus he was pleasant and polite, which was no surprise since that's been our experience with the plumbers in this company.

OMG, STAY AWAY from these guys!! Jose Joe Garcia is a very unprofessional and unscrupulous person. I received their bill and they charged me over $20,000 to make a repair at my home. What?!?! Are You Kidding Me ?! I thought it was a mistake. I contacted a different plumber and they provided a quote for half the price for the same work!It seems that Jose Joe Garcia was charging me above and beyond what is fair and reasonable. What a disgrace to the profession. He is not a plumber, he is a rip-off artist!When I asked for justification of his cost, he produced an accounting for labor that did not match. For example, he claimed that teams of individuals were at my property making repairs on a daily basis. But in reality, when I checked and documented the daily progress, I discovered that no workers were ever present on the claimed days. He lied about the labor hours worked in order to justify his outrageous invoice.My biggest regret was hiring them. I only wish that I could erase this whole episode from my memory and forget that Above and Beyond Plumbing ever existed!

They rerouted sewer line around the outside of the property instead of trying to fight the old pipes inside the house (and thus possibly not finding easily finding and fixing the problem or it costing us more money in the long run). Excellent service, beautiful work, professional crew. Great job all around.
