Area or landscape drains are the worst to clear. I know because I had 2 of them that were very difficult to unclear, I know because I tried myself to fix. I finally decided to call a pro. I called Team Rooter on a Thursday and had a tech at my house on Friday. Robert Palmer was great to work. He video mapped my drains to identify the location and clog. Once this was done he used 2 different types of hydro jetters to attack both drains, from front to back. I gotta say the service was excellent and I’ll definitely call Team Rooter next time I need service. Thank you Robert Palmer for your great support.

I had a 40 year old non-standard master bath tub with Kohler fixtures. My plumber of 25 years gave up on replacing the old fixtures after doing half the job. Kenneth of HPS Mechanical took on the challenge. He came out three times and took pictures and measurements. He finally got Kohler to send the correct fixtures and he finished the job today. I want to commend Kenneth for his persistance and good work, HP s Mechanical is now my plumber of choice.

Best value and lowest quote for a brand new water heater. The removal and installation of water heater was done expertly, in short time and with best quality work. Joe noticed our out of shape water pipes which he replaced also. He also saw our main sewage pipes leaking and in their worst shape. I got hit with a water bill of $800, i called True Value Plumbing and came out to do a full home plumbing inspection. They located a leak in the water main line in my front yard.Cody and his team were fast and responsive to my calls and started working ASAP. They removed the top of my landscape carefully to re patch whenever work was done. Now it looks like there was no dig out. Team was efficient and clean.I would highly recommend them.And also my go to plumber now! ?

Zero Star's!!! They were contracted to do tie in 4 sewer laterals and only did 3. Tied 2 of them together without notifying anyone. covered up before inspections and never got a final inspection of their work. They were supposed to video all 4 lines and did none. Had to hire another contractor to finish for them and they over billed so they got most of their money for ding less than half the work. A bunch of thieves! Beware of this contractor!
