Another company quoted me 4x the price I paid Mr Rooter and had the gall to try up selling me.The tech Brenden had great service, was very polite, and answered all my questions honestly. Had a water leak on the second floor of our home that had been going on for months...finally called Allstar plumbers and they found it and repaired quickly. Jake who works for them in San Diego did a great job!

The technician who came out was great, very professional, and did everything requested thoroughly and cleaned up the areas. I ended up having 4 upstairs drains cleared of all the hair accumulated. My reasoning for the 4 stars was 2 issues; 1) The cost was frankly astronomical. He did 4 residential drains (1 tub, 1 shower, and 2 bathroom sinks) It cost me $735!!! Seriously. The 2nd reason I'm slightly annoyed is he said it was $110 each additional drain and then charged $150 x 3 for each additional drain. Seriously? $735 (after a $40 coupon) to unclog 4 bathroom drains that took less than 2 hours of work easily. I have a problem with being quoted 1 price and then being charged a different price, that's highly unethical.

Great service and fair prices.

Disappointed... Looked to work with local, family owned biz that didn't do a ton of advertising (adding to cost) to clear kitchen drain. Tech came out (nice enough) but seemed too quick to call boss (Javier) to camera the line. His answer for cheapest, best solution was to dig up slab (through hardwood floor). Called several other providers and another outfit came out next day, assessed, jetted line and camera confirmed for 1/5 the cost. Be wary of scare tactics and upsell.

Mr. Dini did a wonderful job on my kitchen sink. He was very collaborative on what options I had to repair my kitchen sink faucet. He was also very knowledgeable and professional. He was also very courteous, arrive on time & was very patient. Job Well Done!

Really great company. I called spoke to a really nice lady she was able to get me an appointment 2 hours after I called. When the plumber RICARDO showed up really nice professional he explained to me the issue and how he was able to fix it. He answered all my question I had in regards to the issue. Him and his partner fixed the problem in about 15 minutes very fast I saw him double check for any gas leaks. He fixed the pipe going into the gas oven now its up and running again.
