Sergio did an amazing job with my leak issue at my home. He tested everything and was very thorough and knowledgeable about what needed to be done and explained everything to me. Being a Master plumber it was evident he knows what he’s doing.He was very thorough with everything. He even fixed my water heater connection that was done wrong and also made a nice box for my refrigerator water and ice line. He’s super neat and cleaned up great. I am extremely happy with this Roto Rooter business. Raul quickly determined the cause of my leaky shower faucet and fixed the problem immediately. My shower faucet now works better than it ever did. He was professional, friendly, and punctual. I will definitely utilize their services the next time I am in need.

I very much appreciated the gentleman who came to evaluate my sink. He was very honest in telling me your pricing. However, the pricing was way over the top! Therefore, I did not choose the service. Thank you for your honesty and thank you for not charging me an entrance fee.

I needed an emergency plumber for my bathtub not draining and these people were amazing!! I will only use them from now on. They were right on time and took 15 minutes and cleaned up after themselves which wasn't necessary. They even wiped down my bathtub before they left. The gentleman was so sweet and they were so affordable. Would HIGHLY recommend.

Eric and Tony were fantastic. Friendly, communicated well and HONEST. There ended up being nothing wrong with my toilet and sink (Airbnb guests had complained) except for user error - trying to flush too much toilet paper and not removing the small drain in the sink. They checked, joked about it with me and made sure everything was functioning correctly prior to leaving. When I do have an actual problem, I’ll be calling them again!

I called ARS Neighborhood Rooter and Plumber for backed up toilets. Fernando answered the phone and informed me that he couldn’t come out the same day but would be out the next day at 8 o’clock. He came out ran some tests and found out that we had a collapsed sewer system. I told them to go ahead and do the work and they did a fantastic job. They had to dig up our front yard that we just had landscaping done but when they were finished you would never know they were ever digging in the front yard. Fernando and all of the workers were very polite and friendly. The process took several days but we were informed of that ahead of time. So next time you have a plumbing problem give ARS Neighborhood Rooter and Plumber a call you won’t be disappointed.!

As a member of an HOA Board our property management company recommended Cass Plumbing. Since we had bad experiences with another local plumbing company in the past we decided to try Cass Plumbing.Jeff, Eric and Kevin were thorough and diligent at replacing three of our broken and leaking outdoor spigots. Two of spigots were not threaded, but welded on, and all three spigots were different sizes. Being that this is in Hillcrest, Eric was great about ordering spigots that lock to prevent the homeless from continuing to use our spigots. Jeff was knowledgeable and very experienced at removing and soldering on the new spigots and replacing the cracked water line to the other one, and Kevin (who was an apprentice) was great about assisting them and learning the trade.

The services and professionalism of Michael and his team is beyond standards. I highly recommend them for any plumbing issues and needs. Thank you Michael and Team.

Worst customer service ever. I had a window of arrival confirmed. I understand that windows can change but in this case it was chnaged without any DIRECT confirmation from me the client. That you call and leave messages but dont actually SPEAK to the client doesnt not equal confirmation that the schedule change is acceptable. I called out the dispatcher regarding this and for some reason she felt it was acceptable to cut me off and talk over me and she feels that i was getting crazy with her. I requested to speak to ANYONE else in the office which she refused to do. If it werent for the fact that my needs are dire I'd be requesting to move this over to some other company. They are a vendor that my property management company uses. Unfortunate as the initial communication went so well.

This is the first time I used Carini and I was very impressed with their customer service. From my initial phone contact to the service technician that came to my house to make the repair, everyone I dealt with at Carini was very friendly and I could tell they cared about me and my needs. Carlos the service technician arrived on time as promised, kept me informed of what he found and the repairs needed, and completed the work quickly. I would highly recommend them and I will definitely be a repeat customer!
