The two gentlemen who ended up doing the work to fix the leak in the ceiling pipes were excellent. Leading up to that, the first person we called out on a Saturday was not thorough and seemed like he did not want to do a big job so he left quickly. The next day AJ showed up he was awesome, but he was sent with an apprentice and as it was a two person job, they could not start it. He came back on the third day with a proper helper and they seem to have done a great job. Seems like communication from dispatch on the weekend was not great. Overall, a Friday legal is fixed by Tuesday so if you days without a shower was not the end of the world but also not necessary. They did spend three hours here plus the time on the two and the pricing fair.

I came across All Star Plumbing & Restoration through review only and decided to give them a call to fix the slab leak. They promptly answered my call and gave a reasonable quote. They detected the slab leak quickly and suggested what should be done. They rerouted the water pipe through the attic and wall and fixed the slab leak the same day. They rechecked the leak and verified that there is no other leaks. We are really grateful to All Star Plumbing & Restoration for their excellent service.

Max unclogged my kitchen sink and was able to give me pointers on how to keep it free and gave advice on the garbage disposal that I never knew. So he fixed it and had class at the same time yet I hope it doesn't happen again but if so I know who to call. Thanks for your good service will recommend to anyone

Anthony is an absolute lifesaver! A real honest and skilled plumber who cares about helping you out.I accidentally dropped my engagement ring down the shower drain at 10 pm on a Saturday. Over the phone, Anthony gave me clear information about what he’d do to retrieve it, how much he would charge, and when he’d be able to get to my (in laws) house.Anthony arrived promptly and was able to retrieve the ring! He explained everything he was doing. He used a method that didn’t damage our pipes at all which I really appreciate!Would definitely recommend Anthony and his team for all your plumbing needs!

We used  Fox Plumbing after getting bids from 3 other competitors for a full house repipe, water heater replacement and replacing a significant section of cast iron under adjoining bathrooms. Fox was the only one to not try to dissuade us from using permits. They took to the time to hear our concerns, answer every single one of our questions in a very detailed manner helped guide us in picking the right products for our needs and were very patient with us. We found their prices fair, and they worked with us on the change orders, and were respectful of our budget. We took advantage of their financing option (will update this post if needed), which helped give us the confidence and the option to make adjustments on the fly.We worked mainly with Steve throughout the quoting process, planning and with regards to scope changes. Fernando and Ryan were the main onsite crew, and worked some long hours to get the job done in the agreed on timeframe, despite some unexpected surprises. They did their best to be accommodating and were very easy to work with. They kept me up to date, were professional, and there were no problems that they didn't solve.We plan on using Fox in the near future to complete the cast iron removal and for some additional smaller plumbing needs.

We had a sewage clog in the main 3” line on a Saturday afternoon. We were desperate. Called Ideal Plumbing and In less than an hour an Ideal technitian, Jose, arrived, went to work, and solved the problem. He was a polite young man who displayed pride in the quality of his work. He told us the cause of the problem, cleaned the area, and left it in better shape than he found it.

Overall great service and excellent communication. Very happy with our new HVAC system.

Miguel Lopez and Lee Frei are quick to come to our rescue when our water heater broke and we cant even isolate the water valve to our house causing flood to our garage. Kudos to both of them working to help others right away.

Had called them after we had massive issues with a clogged pipe (we were unable to use any toilet, everything was backed up). They sent somebody straight away. This somebody was Alan, he was super easy going and friendly, jumped right on it with the snake and tried to locate the problem. He explained the process in an easy to understand manner. After about 20min, our pipes were cleaned and we could finally use the toilet and shower again. Thank you so much Alan!

Terrible service. I made an appointment from 8 to 10AM. They called me at 8AM to tell me nobody was available and then hung up on me when I complained that it was not professional to cancel with such late notice.

We needed a plumber to fix the sink and toilet in our clairemont rental property. Carini installed an electric heat pump water heater for us. The old gas water heater had failed. Miguel and his assistant stayed late on a Friday evening to finish the job so that we would have hot water. Most important, Miguel had experience installing electric heat pump water heaters. Many contractors aren't familiar with them. We also needed electrical work done as part of the installation. Carini has their own in-house electrician who was professional and timely did the electrical work. Carini also did all the paper work for the California Energy Tech Rebate Program. We eventually got a rebate for $3,100. The program is designed to promote the switch from gas heating systems to highly efficient electric heat pump systems. Thanks Carini!

I contacted Dmitry at this company, he came recommended by my landlord. Both my kitchen sinks and the bathroom sink were clogged up. He showed up the next day with Fred, both of them showed up on time, communicated well and responded very fast to my call. They found out that there was a leak and additional issues with the kitchen sink drain. They fixed all the issues, stayed some time after to make sure it wasn't leaking anymore and gave me some recommendations as to maintenance in order to prevent the same thing in the future. I had a great experience with American Ace Plumbing and would definitely use them again. Thank you guys!

I had the best experience with Erick as a plumber I’ve ever had. He was very professional and did not rush even though he had been at it so late.
