Core Plumbing did an outstanding job repairing a refrigerator line leak and fixing the plumbing under my sink. Don is very knowledge and communicates well. They arrived on time. I would highly recommend them and am thankful for the great job they did.

I have used Bill Howe for my plumbing and air conditioning needs as of late. They have done an excellent job each time they visited my property for service needs. Recently Nicholas Walker came to inspect our AC unit. He was personable, prompt, and very communicative about what needed to be done with our HVAC unit. He took his time during the inspection and was professional and courteous throughout our interaction. I would highly recommend Bill Howe to friends and family and will be requesting Nicholas should when we need a new HVAC in the future.

Will at Paw's Plumbing sent out a technician within a couple of hours of my call. I have a Rheem water heater with the burn unit and combustion control valve needing replacement. Rheem had sent me the parts under warranty.Eric Myatt came in, evaluated, gave a very reasonable quote and and a job time of approximately one hour. Other companies quoted much higher and if a job time of 2-3 hours.The job was done professionally and competently. I had hot water again after about twenty minutes. So, I am very pleased with the job Eric did and Paw's response time.

Anthony is the best plumber we have ever hired. There was a leakage in the first-floor bathroom and we could not spot the source. Anthony helped us with all our plumbing issues, he detected the slab leak in no time and fixed it with utmost precision. He even cleaned the entire work area after fixing the slab leak. Dylan from Black Mountain Plumbing came on time and installed a new water heater he was assisted by Carlos Black Mountain Plumbing. They were very polite and looked and gave me suggestions of my options before performing any work and gave me a very detailed estimate which actually ended up being slightly higher than final cost so I had the repairs done for less than what they originally quoted.

Hot water heat failed, and they were very responsible, coming out that day. They analyzed the problem, advised us of a few options, and then replaced the water heater in a very timely manner!!! Thank you for the great job!

Water heater in the garage was leaking. I knew it had to be replaced it was an old unit. Ideal was able to come out within a couple of hours and replace the unit with what I chose. I was very grateful to have the work done within hours of finding the leak. Abe was the technician, he was on time actually early. He was professional and knowledgeable. I asked him many questions he answered all of them. Ricci, who took my call, was very helpful explaining the process and costs so there were no surprises. I’m quite pleased with the service and would not hesitate to call them again for my plumbing needs.
