Very impressed with everyone I dealt with at Powers. They were very straightforward and easy to deal with. I didn’t feel they were looking for ways to increase my service or pad their bill. I originally had booked one of the big 3 providers and about fell over when I got their quote. Using Powers saved me thousands from that price. I have already recommended them to several neighbors. Roberto from Bill Howe plumbing responded to my service call for a plugged toilet in one hour. He augered it out, and it works great. He made no mess, and was very professional. He didn't charge me anything above the service call fee of $99. In addition, he consulted on my problem with a washer that backs up, figured out what would solve that problem, and set a date with me to come back and fix it. I highly recommend this business!

Michael Ross and his team inspected all the house to check for issues and trouble shoot. They proceeded to install a new water pressure regulator I had requested. They fixed loose faulty faucets. They were polite and professional.

Best experience I could’ve wanted under bad circumstances! My water heater had an emergent, significant leak that needed emergency servicing when I couldn’t find anyone else to help. Jon and Ty really saved the day. They worked very quickly to stop the leaks, remove the old heater and install a high quality new heater. It took them just a few hours from start to finish. They also work with a repair/construction company that is handling the remodeling of drywall and floors for water damage to my house. Everything has been so streamlined and easy. He did a home inspection of all our plumbing and let me know the state of our plumbing, what might need repair now, in the future, how San Diego’s water effects pipes and valves, and what to look out for moving forward. He explained everything well which was invaluable to me as a new homeowner. I feel like I’m a better person now, haha. Definitely a better homeowner. The job was an all day job, which required replacing pretty much all the valves in our condo. Mickey was super nice and very professional. His expertise and the warranty offered by Plumbing Tree puts me at ease, along with the quality of work. When a plumbing emergency occurs, like the under slab hot water leak we just experienced, the last thing you want to do is lose time by inviting in several companies to get a reasonable estimate. Because I’ve used Ideal Plumbing on several previous projects I have complete trust in their integrity (fairness), their fast response, and communication. It took one call to them to say “Come fix it” to get the pipe rerouting project started. In two days it was done and we had hot water again. The cost was fair, as I had anticipated. The workers Joel and Hunter pleasant and talented, and they left the project site cleaner than when they arrived. If you need a fast response, a take change approach, and a worry free feeling about project cost, you won’t find better than Ideal Plumbing.

They were very responsive and able to fix my problem the same day.I had two clogs from both my bathrooms and they were able to clear it out from my roof. They identified that my sewer line would need to be repaired due to have a break in the pipe. They repaired the sewer line and installed a clear out as well to make it easier to clear clogs from the home for future issues.They were super affordable and professional! They support the troops! I would recommend to anyone needing services especially military!Overall 5 stars for the quick response, attention to detail, and customer support!!

They were awesome! A huge wealth of knowledge and he explained issues or concerns in a way that I could understand. They did an inspection on plumbing of our new house. Told us things that are important and not important as well. Robert was our inspector and even caught mistakes from the plumbers that our home warranty company sent recently.
