Darryl did an excellent job with repairing the water heater. Professional and completed repair in less time than originally estimated. The only issue was the length of time for the part to be delivered we had no hot water for an entire week. That is one thing need to improve on.

Be very careful! A neighbor recommended All Star Plumbing to me.When my house had a slab leak I called them. Because of the neighbor's recommendation and preferring to pay my money to local businessmen, I just went with them and got few other quotes. A plumber came the next day and did the job but I witnessed a couple red flags: They were 2 hours late for both the leak detection and repair appointments, despite being scheduled the first customer for day of repair, plumber had no juice in any of his handheld tools, plumber and helper took smoke break every 20 minutes, clean up was minimal, plumber's helper played video slots on cell phone the whole time. Worse, the repair job caused an adjacent pipe to leak a few days afterwards. Called the plumber back and the plumber said that my 30 year old house had old copper pipes and not his fault. I believed it may have been due to weak power tools not having enough torque to do a clean cut on the pipes. And to cap it all off, when I got my bill, All Star plumbing's name was not on it. It was a company based in temecula. I asked the plumber why and he said that All star plumbing is not his employer and stated, They are only a distributor. Waited a couple months before I reviewed to make sure repair job was holding up. So far the two repairs are holding up but the whole process was a nightmare.Edit to review after owner's response: I don't want to get anybody fired. Just very disappointed that it was not disclosed to me that a third party company was being sent to my house. Repairs are made, bills was paid. Honest review.

I had Black Mountain Plumbing come to my home to fix a plumbing issue about 15 or so years ago and had a very positive impression of them that persisted to today, when my shower fixture failed. The first thing I did was shut off the house water supply, then I called Black Mountain Plumbing. Kathy handled my call and was able to get somebody to my house very quickly and efficiently . The plumber who responded was Solomon, who proved to be as courteous and professional as he was personable. He worked swiftly, yet took the time to respond to my comments and questions about the plumbing problem and the repair necessary to get my shower functional again. Once repairs were complete, Solomon conducted a mini-inspection of some typical trouble areas for household plumbing: checking water pressure, the garbage disposal and the hot water heater. He shared a number of observations with me and answered any and all of my questions. I very much appreciate the excellent service provided by both Kathy over the phone and by Solomon performing the repairs. I suppose now I know why they were the first and only plumbing repair company I called today... after all these years.

I had a really good experience with this company. I was trying to save money on getting a new toilet installed. They were the best price I found after calling 4 other companies. But wait there's more. With a good price also came good service! Which is kinda hard to find. The service technician didn't drag out the appointment, he was very informative, and left my bathroom better than he found it. I definitely will be using them again!!!!!!!

Called yesterday around 7PM since there are MANY great reviews. A women answered the phone and I asked for assistance for our kitchen sink that's clogged. The typical drain-o/hot water trick did not work. She asked me where I was located and if we wanted someone to come out that day or the next. I told her tonight and she said ok, let me confirm your phone number and I'll call you back in 5 minutes. I wasn't going to hold her to that time frame but a call back within the hour would have been nice. We are now a full day after and never recieved a call back. I'll give my money to a company that wants it. Bye!

I contacted Morey Plumbing for a clogged toilet Shannon set up appointment she was friendly . Shannon offered same day service with a two hour window . That's great service . Shannon called to let me know that Paul would be arriving in 30. When paul arrived he was knowledgeable and friendly . Paul fixed the problem in a timely manner . I would definitely recommend Morey plumbing to family and friends.

AWESOME ANDREW OF A PRO PLUMBING! Called him for an emergency leak and he came out lickety-split!! Replaced bathroom faucet. Observed social distancing, had gloves, N95 mask, foot sleeves. Friendly, reasonable pricing, especially on emergency service. Under 100. bucks!!! Strongly recommend. Does work for a famous local golfer too. This was the second time we had Kenneth, from HPS, at our house. Once was for a garbage disposal install, this time was to repair a broken water line in our yard. Both times we have been very happy with HPS. Their quality work and professionalism are greatly appreciated.
