I called late on a Sunday night because there was a leak in my irrigation system and I couldn't find the shut off valve. They stayed on the phone with me, looked at pictures I texted of the problem, and talked me through it as a courtesy!! Wow, I was so grateful and impressed.

The main water pipeline in my house had broken and water had filled inside my house. We needed an immediate response and fix. Many plumbers in Orange County refused to help at such short notice then my brother contacted EZ Plumbing USA. He had taken their service before so he knew they could help us and he was right. ProMax and Daniel are simply the tops. We got at least 4 quotes on replacing a tankless water heater at our house. Daniel was the most prompt of all of the plumbers, and he came in with the low bid. He also was able to install it sooner than other plumbers had said they could. We wanted a water circulator in order to decrease the wait for hot water to our taps. That was driving the bids we were getting sky high. Daniel came up with a far cheaper alternative that has worked extremely well. He also did a magnificent job installing the new tankless heater. He also built me a holder for my outdoor hose, which shares the same cabinet as the heater. I have never seen a worker leave a job cleaner or tidier than Daniel did.We just had him come out to install a new kitchen faucet and to fix another faucet. Once again, he was responsive and did a top notch job. I really couldn't recommend him more highly.

I had Randy install a commercial grade water heater at my small apartment complex. He was ontime, well dressed, polite and knowledgeable both when he came to make an estimate and when he performed the install.A friend of mine, a maintenance person for several larger apartment properties, inspected the completed job. He was impressed with the price and quality of the heater and parts used.It is comforting having such a reasonably priced, easily accessible and licensed one person operation backing up the work. I will use Ascend for future plumbing jobs.

This family absolutely kill it. I say family because they are a legit family run company. Called them for an emergency right before our restaurant opened and they came and fixed a problem another plumber had just made worse! They’ve been back to help with electrical issues, and another plumbing problem, within the past few days and I’m head over heels with how amazing they’ve been.
