Jonathan was right on time. He's very courteous, communicates clearly, gets right to work and knows what he's doing. I have dealt with Powers Plumbing at their location in Mission Hills and will definitely do business with them again.

Core Plumbing was recommended to me by a neighbor who used them and I was very happy with their work. I appreciated how Don explained my problem and also explained how he was able to troubleshoot it.Also, these guys send emails and text messages confirming the appointment and when Don was going to arrive. I love that as I hate talking on the phone. By the time he left my receipt was already in my inbox. Actually, now that I think about it, they are completely paperless as they used an iPad for everything including signatures.I will definitely use them again :)

Five stars for Juan.. He was on time, extremely professional, polite, friendly and did a fantastic job representing Bill Howe companies. I also liked all the advance texts and calls. I would ask for him again!

Working with Paws plumbing has been one of the worst decisions I have ever made. I typically use Google to write positive reviews for local businesses as I like promoting good places and work. Unfortunately this time I am writing this negative review to hopefully save someone from going through the horrible experience my family and I have dealt with for months since we began working with Paws Plumbing. They are extremely unknowledgeable and inexperienced workers. They caused a leaked not only in my condo, but also in in neighbors restroom. In addition to that they were unaware that we had a second sink in our room and when they left we had no water running there. I asked them to come back to check on it and they came back rude, upset and unwilling to take responsibility. When I showed their work to plumbers from other companies, they have been shocked and appalled by the terrible work that was done here. It has been more than a month and we still are not able to use our bathroom. It has been completely sealed off, the sink in our room is clogged up, and our neighbor's restroom flooring has been ruined. In an effort to help whoever is reading through these reviews, please look elsewhere. This is the worst company I have ever worked with, and although you don't know me, I would not want anyone else to go through this.

Be very careful! A neighbor recommended All Star Plumbing to me.When my house had a slab leak I called them. Because of the neighbor's recommendation and preferring to pay my money to local businessmen, I just went with them and got few other quotes. A plumber came the next day and did the job but I witnessed a couple red flags: They were 2 hours late for both the leak detection and repair appointments, despite being scheduled the first customer for day of repair, plumber had no juice in any of his handheld tools, plumber and helper took smoke break every 20 minutes, clean up was minimal, plumber's helper played video slots on cell phone the whole time. Worse, the repair job caused an adjacent pipe to leak a few days afterwards. Called the plumber back and the plumber said that my 30 year old house had old copper pipes and not his fault. I believed it may have been due to weak power tools not having enough torque to do a clean cut on the pipes. And to cap it all off, when I got my bill, All Star plumbing's name was not on it. It was a company based in temecula. I asked the plumber why and he said that All star plumbing is not his employer and stated, They are only a distributor. Waited a couple months before I reviewed to make sure repair job was holding up. So far the two repairs are holding up but the whole process was a nightmare.Edit to review after owner's response: I don't want to get anybody fired. Just very disappointed that it was not disclosed to me that a third party company was being sent to my house. Repairs are made, bills was paid. Honest review.

I just moved here from out of state. Found evidence of a leak in a bathtub drain. Ryan was recommenced to me by our management company. He did a masterful job of locating the source, gaining access with a minimum degree of disturbance to walls etc, and making the repair!

Dylan was great! He called me back promptly for a Saturday leak repair and arrived an a half later. I had already located the leak and had the system drained. He was in and out in about 45 minutes. Great job.

Easy 5 star service. Had a water leak on Christmas Eve, an hour after calling this company they sent Chris who was very professional and polite. Chris quickly found the leak, made the repair, cleaned up afterwards and was on his way. I'll will definitely use this company again but hopefully I won't need them anytime soon. Gracias totales!

Our need was to have a new faucet set installed on an older Caesar stone sink surface in a bathroom. The connection is now working perfectly. They were very polite, and left the job site clean! I am pleased to recommend them. Thank you for making a tough situation slightly easier to handle.

We used ProMax Plumbing to replace our old 55g gas water heater with a new Navien tankless heater. They were fantastic from the moment they showed up to give us a quote until the project was completed. Daniel explained everything they would do during the installation and even did extra work that was not included in the other proposals we received. On top of that, the pricing was the lowest we received.They were on time for both the quote and the install day. They were friendly, professional, responsive and answered all of our questions, even after the project was completed. Just as importantly, the workmanship was outstanding. We couldn’t be happier with the job they did and would highly recommend them to anyone. They will definitely be the first company we contact for any of our plumbing needs.

Vic provided a timely and reasonable estimate immediately upon request. I delayed in scheduling the work to be done but he was understanding and honored the original estimate. He had an unexpected issue on another job the morning of our appointment but communicated well and sent Art to do the work later in the day. Art did a great job and was quick too. Vic sent the invoice and payment process was easy. Great experience and I’ll definitely contact them again for future plumbing issues.

Efficient, professional and effective.

Last night our heater died, and this morning, also cold, we were anxious to get it fixed. By good luck we were referred to Ideal Plumbing, a company which serviced our brand of gas-fired heater. A competent technician, Jose Gomez, arrived at our door in less than an hour. He was quick, thorough, and cheerful as he went through his analysis and repairs. And the cost of the labor and materials was reasonable. We couldn’t be more pleased.

I needed an emergency plumber for my bathtub not draining and these people were amazing!! I will only use them from now on. They were right on time and took 15 minutes and cleaned up after themselves which wasn't necessary. They even wiped down my bathtub before they left. The gentleman was so sweet and they were so affordable. Would HIGHLY recommend.

Really great experience. The owner was honest, friendly, professional, and efficient! I will use him for all my future needs!
