Jose came out and was professional and courteous and got things taken care of! The team was responsive and Jose answered questions about potential other plumbing needs. You're a joke. I had to proactively reach out to you 3x to make sure you could do the job and connect with my landlord appropriately. You said you would and it should be no problem. I was explicit that they were oversees and could only connect via email and would need a few days because of time difference, you said no problem. Then you called me the day of our appt saying that you decided not to and instead cancel the job.Shane who came out to assess the initial issue was very professional and kind.

Showed up right on time. Straight-forward job. Billed fairly. Done fast. Didn't leave a mess. Made sure it was done right before leaving (tested drain several times). Can't ask for more.

I called Emory about a clogged sink and they came out a few hours later and fixed it in less than an hour. When i got the bill there was a slight issue and I called them and they cleared it up right away. Very easy to work with, thanks!

I called them because they had a promotion fix any sink clog for $72. They ultimately charged me more than double that because it was allegedly a more complicated clog. I should have read the fine print, but the plumber was very skilled, professional, and friendly.

The technician was very professional, thorough and had some great recommendations for me. He was a hard worker and used the full hour to get things done.

Although his company did a good job, it was overpriced and no breakdown of the pricing. We feel we got ripped off

They have fixed many plumbing leaks for me and have always been very honest with their work. I've also seen them do sewer repairs before and it really needs to be done, as those can cause a lot of damage to your home if not fixed properly.
