Powers Plumbing was able to make me a same day appointment in time for me and my family to have a normal evening. The plumber Jonathan was polite and knowledge and quickly resolved my issue. Zach was nice and quick on installing our new water heater. He was considerate on our baby and warned us when he would be using power tools in the house. Also fixed our popped pipe in the backyard and didn’t mind our dogs. Core Plumbing was excellent on letting us know any changes in time of appointment and arrival of the person coming. I’m glad I contacted them in our case of emergency.

The most professional, honest, and hard working home services company I've ever worked with. We had a pipe burst and Bill Howe's mitigation team sprung into action, immediately sending out people to dry out the rooms affected, worked directly with the insurance company, do the demolition and most of the repairs, and gave us honest and helpful advice and estimates for the entire restoration process. Always easy to contact with a main switchboard always available and direct emails and text messages to those involved. We had a couple of scheduling snafus and one portion of tile repair that wasn't up to our satisfaction, but Bill Howe gracefully and professionally responded to both concerns, and the rest of the project went smoother than I could have imagined an emergency repair in the middle of COVID could go. Huge thanks to Cassandra, Jerren, and Jimmy for going above and beyond.

Roto-Rooter sent Doug to the rescue and it was by far the best house-call I’ve had in many tears. My rambunctious kids broke a toilet and Doug diagnosed removed and replaced it with a new one in record time. He has professional and courteous. He told great stories, and worked fast. He cleaned as he went and taught me more about toilets and plumbing than I ever had a right to know. If I ever have a plumbing issue Doug is my guy! Best service ever and pretty reasonable.

We busted our main water line from the street over the weekend and called Emory based on positive past experience replacing our gas lines. On Saturday evening, Jose was on site within 30 minutes to assess the situation. He had to pick up some extra parts and returned to complete the job to restore our water in under two hours from when we called. Great turnaround time, up front about costs, and great service. We felt comfortable with Emory despite what could have been a crisis over the weekend. Look forward to working together in the future.

Highly recommend the teams at Ideal. We've used them over the years for general plumbing needs, water heater replacement, faucet repairs, etc and were always impressed with the quality of their work. This led us to seek them out for our HVAC replacement. They did an amazing job, and while their quote wasn't the cheapest, it also wasn't the most expensive.
