It's not often I spend time giving a review. My time is valuable as a financial consultant, and as I discovered so is Darryl Fountain's. This man's professionalism vastly exceeded any expectations, and was my champion when in need. I had a water heater that needed to be replaced asap due to a rusting tank which is essentially a time bomb in the garage. Darryl rearranged the schedule and made a next day replacement a reality under the bids of other competitors in the area. Not only was the replacement done in a timely manner, but it sure does look good. Hats off into taking pride in your work and going the extra mile. Look at that solder joint.Installation is as professional as it gets. I'd pay double for this kind of service, and the value Darryl provided. This man deserves a raise.

They were available to come the next day, kept me informed about when they would arrive, and the tech who came, Gilbert, was one of the best service providers I have ever encountered. He was very nice and explained things early. He stayed late to finish the job and even let my daughter help (she was very curious). We will definitely use Plumbing Tree again.

Max arrived at our residence as scheduled initially explained what he would do to identify the unknown location of our water leak. He prepped the work area and it was determine that he would open a section of the ceiling. Within minutes he identified the leak and informed us of his suggestion for repair. Upon completion of the repair he returned the work area back to it’s original conditional. He was very professional at all times and the knowledge of craft was unquestionable. Ideal is the best. In 2008 they installed my air conditioning system. Every 6 months or so I have them do a routine check on the heater and the air conditioning unit. They are very thorough, all the technicians are fabulous. Ideal routinely services and maintain my mom's A/c / heater unit as well.

The installers (Cam, Paul at start with Brian and the owner, Ken, finishing and checking at the end) for the work performed with great expertise, efficiency, neatness and with virtually no interference to the normal activities in the home itself. A 30 minute notice call was made by Shannon (most accommodating receptionist) from the main office each time the technicians were to arrive The experience, overall, could not have been better!

It’s a -0 star. I called for a leaking faucet, I was told is a free estimate.Jon comes tightened the packing nut and told me it’s $85. If he would have told me the price before tightening I wouldn’t accept the job. But he tightened and then told me it was $85. It’s so sad how this man took advantage of a woman. Outrageous.

Lady who answers the phone seems to have an attitude. I call to simply ask questions about a job, which is normal in her position and should be helpful but is not really professional. I give people a chance and judge based on my experiences with them. This is a representation of your company so i would think it needs to be looked at.3 stars because the plumbers are nice guys.
