I have used PAWS plumbing on a few occasions and they are always friendly, solutions oriented, fairly priced, available and their work is excellent. They fixed an electric water heater pump for me that was installed wrong by the builder, they’ve unclogged toilets and fixed a shower lever…they’ve also scoped my drains at a rental home and helped me locate pipes in the foundation. I trust them. They are my go-to plumbers.

They provided the best customer service and were honest about the best options. They helped us understand the issues, gave some additional tips on pipes in our home, and fixed the water heater in no time. I wouldn't hesitate to reach out to All Star again!

My 14 year old water heater broke at the beginning of the week. I broadcast a request through yelp for a replacement and that I wanted to go tankless. Aaron (Operarions Manager) from Collins Pacific was the first to respond and after sending a few pictures of the area in the garage where the water heater was located and some discussion about the different models available in tankless, Aaron promptly sent me a formal quote on company letterhead explaining the planned services. I was able to schedule an appointment for later in the week (based on my availability). In the meantime I exchanged several text messages and phone calls with Aaron regarding the installation requirements and the difference in features among a few candidate models. Aaron was extremely knowledgeable on the subject matter, and responsive to all my questions. I decided to go with the Norwitz EZTR75. Aaron showed up on time for the installation, and was joined by a another technician a couple hours later. The team of two worked diligently all day (and a lot of Time in hot,cramped conditions up in the crawl space). The final result was spectacular. Aaron ensured a clean install, moving existing pipe runs to create a truly customized install in the exact spot I wanted on the wall.Stellar service experiences like this are few and far between. I was thoroughly impressed with the whole process from start to finish, especially the professionalism and quality of work performed by Aaron and his team.Without a doubt I will be going back to Collins Pacific for any future plumbing needs. In fact, when Aaron returns to install the condensate line for the tankless water heater, I am having them replace the pressure regulator and valves for the house main water shutoff. Thank you!!

Emory Plumbing was the only company in San Diego who was able to find and repair a garbage disposal issue within a reasonable time. Their responsiveness and great customer service keep us coming back to them for any residential issues we have.

We had a stubborn clogged sewer line back in December '18 that defied cleaning by a discount sewer cleaning company. In desperation, I called Colepepper and Nick came out in short order. I reluctantly accepted their extremely high quote of $889 just to keep my wife happy. It did involve removing the toilet and the line was cleared. Nick scopedthe line (for free) and pointed out the place in the line where his scope would go no further (that is the reason for the extra star). He recommended flushing the pipe at a cost of $2000 with the comment that if it was not flushed, it would become clogged again within a few weeks. I proceeded to flush the pipe myself with a special gadget, and it has not been clogged for 8 months. I also asked for a bid to install an additional cleanout in my yard to facilitate cleaning of future stoppages without toilet removal. His quote was $4500. I subsequently hired a trusted handyman who installed the cleanout for $550 including parts. In summary, I have no quarrel with Colepepper's workmanship only with their usurious charges.

Thank you, Jack, for identifying the leakage source before it could damage further. I called them and described the situation. Also, I requested to send plumbers as soon as possible, and they sent Jack within an hour to fix the leakage. I was really impressed with his knowledge and quality of service at a very reasonable price in San Diego. This company really looks after its customers. Good service. Leon came out and helped us with a lack of hot water situation on an emergency basis, we all needed showers. He did a very thorough job, friendly, nice, honest, and very responsive. I would highly recommend them to my friends.

I don't normally write reviews but I absolutely want to give Almco Plumbing and owner, Paul, specifically recognition. I was doing a complete renovation as a first time condo buyer. This process was very overwhelming to say the least. I did extensive research and met with at least 5 contractors for every specialty/project. Paul was by far the most organized, prepared, and knowledgeable. He came with copies of his business licenses upon meeting. Did an extensive review and took time to explain what needed to be completed. He quoted me a fair price and stayed true to that. Not only did Paul help me with plumbing, but he also guided me when I had trouble with other contractors or something didn't work out. When another contractor fell through, Paul made calls and helped me find honest, reliable replacements who's work I was also completely satisfied with. The plumbing work was completed spectacularly, but the customer service and willingness to go above and beyond the basic scope of plumbing is where this company shines!!! Garbage disposal wasn't working. Filed a request for service online. Was contacted by email very soon after, gave me an estimate of cost and time. Very quick responses, showed up exactly when he said he would and I got texts to warn me he was on his way. He got the job done quickly. Cost was exactly what he said it would be. Would definitely use this company again!
