We had our main sewer line replaced as it was aging cast iron. AJ came out to scope it and understand and bid the job. They came in competitive and could do the work fast.The good was they were on time and worked through a couple tough spots to finish the job on budget.The bad was they damaged out main water supply that had to be repaired and slowed things down a bit.The good was they stuck with it and finished out the job as promised despite a tough connection to the city clay. I don't think any job like this is cookie cutter, but Team Rooter worked through it and did what they said they would do.

Very professional, prompt and affordable.I wanted a high efficiency electric Heat-Pump Water Heater, Josh was one of the few plumbers who knew about them, including making sure I got the $500 rebate.He responded quickly, gave me a much more affordable bid than another company, and got it done very quickly. Great communication on scheduling, progress, final results.This was a bit more complicated because I wanted a larger tank, and it didn't fit in the old space (a closet). He relocated it outside and put a simple enclosure around it.

It was great having the technician that installed my exterior gas line return to hook up my outdoor firepit! David was excellent from the phone call of when he was on his way to trying to work out issues with a faulty lighter on a piece of equipment which I purchased from an online vendor. He wanted to make sure everything was in perfect working condition and cleaned up. I have used Powers plumbing for the last 6 years and regardless of the change in ownership, continue to receive great service and will be calling them for future plumbing/gas line issues.

upstairs shower was leaking from the upstairs down though the wall damaged the frame of the dinning room and dry wall so bigger job then we thought they took care of the broken pipe and works great happy with Anthony Bautista work 5 ?????star rating on a job well done thank you so much greatly appreciated ??

I have used Collins Pacific Plumbing on three occasions. First, they gave me a fair price on a new hot water heater. They installed it correctly. When the automatic pilot light didn't light automatically, they immediately ordered a new part (under warranty) and installed it. Then, I upgraded my gas meter. I hired Collins Pacific to unhook all my gas appliances, wait for a contractor to test the pressure in the pipes, and reattach the appliances after the new meter had been installed. They were the same price as others, but they included extra services in the price. Finally, an outside hose bib would not shut off. It was leaking about two gallons of water per hour. Some other plumbers wouldn't come out the same day, or would charge me an emergency call fee. Not Collins Pacific; they came out the same day and fixed the problem (a new hose bib had to be soldered on the copper pipe) and the price charged was very reasonable. They are now my go-to guys for all plumbing issues. Aaron has always been my contact; he is responsive, efficient and very knowledgeable. You can't go wrong if you give them a shot.

I had a water leak in the crawl space under my house during the rainy season so I didn't see it on the ground or driveway due to the rain water. Once I discovered it I had them come out that day. It was a weekend so there was an extra charge, however, during our severe drought and with the price of our water it was worth the extra expense. Pablo came out, got it fixed, and asked me probably 3 times if I had any questions. When was the last time you had a plumber ask you if you had any questions? I highly recommend Fox Plumbing. While you may not see commercials for them on TV remember that the customer is actually paying for those commercials.

Showed up on time. Fixed the problem I was dealing with. Customer centric. Provided guidance on how to avoid such situations in the future .. some DIY actions. Will leverage them in the future for any plumbing related matters.

Greg and Trent showed up on time to give me a bid on changing out fluorescent bulbs for LED's. The gave me alternate options for the job which was very helpful. They came back to complete the job and removed the ballasts, rewired and installed new bulbs in a very short time. They took all the old bulbs and ballasts for recycling and cleaned up all their wires, etc. I would recommend them to anyone.
