Recently, our aged hot water heater stopped working and we called CORE Plumbing. Don came out with his assistant, and thoroughly walked and reviewed our property. We all came to the conclusion that a tankless hot water heater was not only the right conclusion but our only option, due to recent codes and the layout of our 1928 home. They made every effort to come out as soon as possible, and Josh, Daniel, and Don, the owner, all came out and worked diligently and thoroughly to make sure everything was installed properly and promptly. We are extremely pleased with their service (they previously quickly and promptly fixed a water leak), and would highly recommend them for their diligence, knowledge and prompt service! Best experience I could’ve wanted under bad circumstances! My water heater had an emergent, significant leak that needed emergency servicing when I couldn’t find anyone else to help. Jon and Ty really saved the day. They worked very quickly to stop the leaks, remove the old heater and install a high quality new heater. It took them just a few hours from start to finish. They also work with a repair/construction company that is handling the remodeling of drywall and floors for water damage to my house. Everything has been so streamlined and easy. Thank you for not only fixing my problems, but leaving the house better off than it was before.

We had a tech named Kwesi.We had a bigger clog for some reason. It was bad, like all the way bad all the way around. Kwesi worked on my house for a few days to get our home back in shape. I won't go into the scope of work, let's just say it was not a simple drain pop.Kwesi is one of the hardest working people I have ever met. He worked through his days off. He helped me calm my anxiety. It was enough work to warrant financing. He with Rooter Heroes helped me get the financing needed for the repairs.I will say, being a brand new home owner and this kind of stuff happening, I do not think I could have asked for better customer service.I could not recommend this company enough. Franco took the time to perform a pressure check on our water and explained the benefits of on demand water heaters. He never seems rushed and gives his customers the time they need to understand the service performed and any suggested preventative maintenance.

Called Emory for a water heater draining and cleaning service. I never had it cleaned before. I was originally looking to do it myself but glad I had them do it for me. A lot more complicated than just draining the water out. They came, they saw, they pumped...now my water heater is running efficient and ready to go for the fall/winter. He did a home inspection of all our plumbing and let me know the state of our plumbing, what might need repair now, in the future, how San Diego’s water effects pipes and valves, and what to look out for moving forward. He explained everything well which was invaluable to me as a new homeowner. I feel like I’m a better person now, haha. Definitely a better homeowner. The job was an all day job, which required replacing pretty much all the valves in our condo. Mickey was super nice and very professional. Eric has been so helpful with managing my new home. Right when I moved in, we had a plumbing issue where our main sewer line was clogged. He came by the house within a couple days of me calling him and put a snake through our drainage system. Ever since he completely his job, we have had no other issues with our drainage since.He is very informative and does not use any jargon to confuse or worry his customers.
