We got an appointment pretty quick. Grant did ask me to move it up and said I'd get plenty of notice so I could get back to Escondido from Mira Mesa, that didn't happen. However, Zach was great, installed a new disposal provided by Core, installed new faucet provided by me and did annual maintenance on my tankless water heater.Zach was thorough and clean, great work, a little pricey, but I'm confident in the quality of the work.

Brandon and Tony arrived on time as promised, very professional and courteous. They were able to clear the drain blockage, verified that the drain was working properly and left the area clean upon finishing up. Professional and punctual describes the young man who arrived at my home to correct an underground leak at my front yard area.More digging, as well as, some concrete removal was required before the water leak could be found and corrected.Jacob did not hesitate to take on the physical work that was required, and after locating the problem, made short work of it.His plumbing experience was impressive for such a young man.

This past trip, he charged me by the job (which was overpriced) and I inquired why the change in business model - Answer is because 80% of customers wanted it that way. For the future just means I need to shop around before hiring. Still like the company and will call them for quotes when needed.

Randy responded to my call shortly after I left a message late on a Saturday afternoon. He promised to help first thing Sunday morning, which he did with an estimate. Once approved, he came right over and quickly resolved the problem with the hot water heater pilot. As a bonus, he also adjusted a leaky toilet valve while he was here. He was polite, friendly, efficient and a very good communicator.
