It was 8pm and after a few calls to 24/7 plumbers, I contacted All Star Plumbing and Restoration. I wish I had called them first because Anthony was the most responsive and knowledgeable of our plumbing emergency and was able to help us immediately. He listened to us (when I was in somewhat of a panic about our flooding), provided us guidance, and informed us of what All Star can do to help any water damage. I’m beyond thankful for his professionalism and ultimately for being a genuine human being in a time where I was frustrated and stressed. I cannot thank him enough and will be saving All Star’s number for all my future plumbing and restoration needs. I will definitely be referring this company to my friends and family. Max unclogged my kitchen sink and was able to give me pointers on how to keep it free and gave advice on the garbage disposal that I never knew. ARS / Rescue Rooter was quick to respond when we had a main line clog. They were able to help us same-day and over the weekend. They were informative, quick, and fairly priced. Plus they helped by recommending restoration specialists to assist in clearing up any water damage. Excellent service!

Eric has been so helpful with managing my new home. Right when I moved in, we had a plumbing issue where our main sewer line was clogged. He came by the house within a couple days of me calling him and put a snake through our drainage system. Ever since he completely his job, we have had no other issues with our drainage since.He is very informative and does not use any jargon to confuse or worry his customers. He is an honest man and does not up-charge on unnecessary tasks. He has earned my trust as a respectable plumber and I would not hesitate to call him again should any issues arise.
