Miguel explained what he would be doing at each step and executed promptly. It was evident that Miguel knows his trade. His work was clean and meticulous. When unexpected issues came up, he just took care of them rather than stressing us out with bad news or work change orders. Miguel is a perfectionist. That's a good trait in a plumber. 5/5 Would definitely recommend.

Mike did a great job installing our new toilet and faucet. He shared information about both items on how they work and answered all of my questions. He was careful about keeping the work area neat and kept us informed about when he needed to turn the water off.

The main water pipeline in my house had broken and water had filled inside my house. We needed an immediate response and fix. Many plumbers in Orange County refused to help at such short notice then my brother contacted EZ Plumbing USA. He had taken their service before so he knew they could help us and he was right. After getting our request, the team immediately arrived and repaired the water pipeline. I’m really grateful to them for saving us during the emergency!!!!!!

Company replaced all cast iron pipes. Did a 3 day job in 1 day (had 5 plumbers working in unison). I will definitely use them again. Great quality work.My 1950’s plumbing is now updated and I can now rest easy.

Saturday - Just as the tempurature soared to 85 degrees and we are required to shelter-in-place because we are over 65, the air conditioner shut down. I called Morey 7:30am Sunday to get someone out. Ken was very booked, but promised possibly Monday, he could get out. I reminded him that we are effectively locked in a very hot house, and the temp was already 80 degrees inside. He said he would see what he could do and hewas aboe to find a volunteer to work extra time to come and fix the problem. We were cool with-in hours. Thanks again Morey.

The first thing that impressed my husband and I was Stan showed up about half an hour after we called for service. He was friendly and professional. He did the job quickly, showed us that the drain was free of clogs, and cleaned up nicely. He saved us money! I wouldn't hesitate to have Stan over to work on any future plumbing issues we may have.
