Jose came out to clear clothes washer drain line, erratically backing up.He performed initial check y inserting supply line into drain pipe, which accepted full flow for 4-5 minutes, no problem. He indicated no charge since he could not see any issues , he could correct. WE tried a wash cycle discharging into drain pipe , it quickly back flowed. Since we have a remodel to start today , and wall/ flooring will have to be replaced, he suggested that exposing the piping will better reveal the issue we have. Aaron was professional, came in between the time he said he was going to come, and knew what he was doing. Came in and out in about 30 minutes. Fixed our shower on and off valve. Very happy with his work and will definitely be calling PIC for future services and asking for Aaron, also will recommend to friends and family.

My water heater began to leak at the end of the day, and AWHAP was able to send someone out the very next morning. Jonnie was my installer, arriving at 8 AM, and he did a great job assessing the water heater and answering all my many questions. He was incredibly knowledgeable about water heaters, plumbing codes, and home maintenance in general. I opted for more than the basic replacement. Even with a good amount of conversation between us, he removed the old water heater and completed the installation of the water heater, water alarm, new pressure gauges, and the hot water recirculating pump in about 3 hours. He is a huge asset to the company! I’m very pleased with the install. Even though the water heater was an unexpected large expense, I feel good knowing that the equipment and warranty is better quality than what could be acquired at the big box stores. This company has been around a long time, and I feel confident that any problems that may develop will be addressed with quality and with lightning speed.

I called All American Plumbing after hearing that they do whole house inspections for free and thought this was a great idea to have done to my 10 year old house since things are starting to go, as so many things do around the 10 year mark.From the moment Byron and his apprentice arrived, myself and my home were treated with the greatest of respect. After they completed the inspection they had me follow them around so that they could explain to me a couple of little issues that would require a simple fix and they even pointed out things that I should keep my eye on for future. Not once did they try to sell me on anything I didn’t need nor did they try to pressure me into fixing things that didn’t really need to be fixed, which has been done in the past.The only issue that came from the inspection that needed attention was that I needed a new hot water heater; which I kind of new was coming do to issues I had been having with it. I thought that All American Plumbing would have to reschedule to fix it but I was pleasantly surprised when that wasn’t the case. Byron said that he would go pick up a hot water heater and be right back to replace it, which they quickly did. No rescheduling and the job was done with no further interruption to my day.
