He even put on booties before coming in the house and cleaned up his work area after the job was complete.He correctly diagnosed a leaky garbage disposal unit and a slow drain. While he was working on the drain I went to Home Depot and got a new garbage disposal unit.Everything works beautifully and I will use their services again

It was 8pm and after a few calls to 24/7 plumbers, I contacted All Star Plumbing and Restoration. I wish I had called them first because Anthony was the most responsive and knowledgeable of our plumbing emergency and was able to help us immediately. He listened to us (when I was in somewhat of a panic about our flooding), provided us guidance, and informed us of what All Star can do to help any water damage. I’m beyond thankful for his professionalism and ultimately for being a genuine human being in a time where I was frustrated and stressed. I cannot thank him enough and will be saving All Star’s number for all my future plumbing and restoration needs. I will definitely be referring this company to my friends and family. Angel was super helpful, called ahead to let me know he was in route, and arrived on time! Completely explained what was needed and why it happened, also how to prevent future issues.

Called him on Christmas Day 2022 in a total panic. He (Anthony) answered, diagnosed my problem over FaceTime, helped me stop the leak over FaceTime, and saved me at least $500 in emergency call fees.This plumber is one of the nicest and most honest people I’ve ever met in my life. It’s a -0 star. I called for a leaking faucet, I was told is a free estimate.Jon comes tightened the packing nut and told me it’s $85. If he would have told me the price before tightening I wouldn’t accept the job. But he tightened and then told me it was $85. It’s so sad how this man took advantage of a woman. Outrageous.

Thank you jordan!!! I thought my old house was haunted! Everytime I used the water i would hear a loud banging sound... it was terrible! I called Jordan after I was referred to him from a friend of mine, one of his other satisfied customers. The sound was awful and it felt like the walls and tile and counter were all taking damage. After Jordan assessed the issue he explained it so a simple mind like mine could understand. He said that my house didn't have any protection from the high water pressure from the city and this issue could cause a detrimental problem to the pipes in the house and cause a flood at some point. He installed a pressure reducing valve which completely resolved the issue. His know how and experience really shined through. Price was very affordable and my satisfaction was high.My only gripe about the experience is that given Jordan's physical status, i.e. he is very good looking, i did not catch one iota of plumbers crack and that made me sad and frustrated. The work was impeccable. Would recommend!

I was told it was going to be 100 DLLs if it was only a clogg, then the guy said he could not unclog it, that he needed to run a camera and then use a.machine to check if the pipe was broken. He charged 325 DLLs for it. Then he marked the floor and said they needed to brake the concrete floor in my kitchen to see the pipe because it was broken. At the minimum it would be 2400 dlls, and from there up depending on the size of the project. I remembered my insurance covered plumbing, son I called them and paid my deductible for 75 dlls, the plumber came and unclogged it in 5 minutes. There was nothing broken, it was just a regular clogg and these guys ripped me off with 325 usd, I can only imagine what would have happened if I had went for the full project . Beware!

This is a great on time plumbing service! The plumber was punctual, took care with my house, and took to the time to fully explain what our problem was. He was upfront with how long it would take to make the repair, and his estimate was reasonable. I was impressed enough with their work that I recommended them to my neighbors. I would certainly call on them again if I were to have any future issues.
