Omar and Brian came to my home on short notice and fixed my garbage disposal in no time. Two of the most professional and polite people I’ve ever had the pleasure of working with. If i ever need anything again not only would i only reach out to discount plumbing rooter but i will specifically be asking for Omar and Brian. My dog loves them both and was actually sad when they left .

We had our main sewer line replaced as it was aging cast iron. AJ came out to scope it and understand and bid the job. They came in competitive and could do the work fast.The good was they were on time and worked through a couple tough spots to finish the job on budget.The bad was they damaged out main water supply that had to be repaired and slowed things down a bit.The good was they stuck with it and finished out the job as promised despite a tough connection to the city clay. I don't think any job like this is cookie cutter, but Team Rooter worked through it and did what they said they would do.

Kristina was polite, professional and thorough. When her first efforts failed to clean my kitchen sink drain didn't work, she diagnosed the problem and came up with a couple of possible solutions. I felt I was not pressured to spend money I hadn't planned on spending. I'm glad that I have the Anderson guarantee and I am so happy to be using my sink again.

After some further communication, I've amended my initial review from 2 stars to 4. I think it's very important for a company to stand behind their work/ service. I received a call back from management and after explaining my experience they did the right thing and made the issue right. Nothing in this world is perfect; it's what you do to fix the situation that matters. BH stepped up.

I had a water leak inside and behind living room wall where the fireplace and mirror is.A plumber/owner came to look at it briefly and told me they won’t know where the leak coming from and they want me to spend $700 to hire a leak detecting company to find that out before they even start working on it.When I talked to Devin miller the plumber, he told me he may be able to do a diagnosis when he come and possibly find the leak without hiring leak detecting company.He spent a lot of time in the diagnosis, sure enough with his experience, he decided to access from the water heater closet which is outside avoiding cutting into my living room wall. Sure enough the pipe leak is right there and he fixed it in no time.Devein worked overtime until the leak is repaired and until the water heater is reconnected and outside of the closet to allow drying team access.Gilbert came the next day to make the extension longer to facilitate the drying process.Devin also has recommended a very good company for the drying process which I’m very happy with.I am so fortunate to have hired Devin.I can tell he had the expertise, the experience, and most importantly the heart to help me in my best interest.I am will definitely hire him again for any plumbing needs and I highly recommend him and his team to anyone.

Rich was very professional and took time to explain all options for my repair. He worked quickly and the job was expertly completed to full satisfaction.

They were able to arrive same-day, when other companies were a day out. Roberto, the tech was very professional and friendly. He was able to cut through some fine roots in the main line to septic tank connection. I’m running copper sulfate for now, to kill remaining roots, and will repair later.

Vlad was so informative and saved us so much more money compared to other estimates we received. He's very knowledgeable and professional! Will definitely be using them for our other commercial properties as well.

Sal was nothing but helpful and extreamly professional. I had a toielt clogged and i called him at 9:00pm to help me .He was at my house within 30 minutes. He found out that my main line was actually clogged. Which is alot worse than i expected. He was confident and rant to his van for the tool. Sal had my dain lines clear within minutes. He took extra prcautions and cleared all my other lines just to make sure i wouldnt have any more issues in the future. I would recommend their company too anyone that need a quick plumbing fix.
