HORRIBLE SERVICE - RUN!!!

They were excellent professional and very personable they were here for couple hours trying to find our clog. Our pipes are so old and route every which way that they had to use a camera. they found the clog but unfortunately it has to be a bigger job than we thought. I was never pressured into committing to something on the spot they knew a job this big doesn't go without conversation with family. They let me talk to my wife and come to the best conclusion for us. I would highly recommend them to anyone and I will be using them in the future.

My whole experience was very professional, and easily the best experience I have had with HVAC service. I had a leak in a pipe between the main and the house. Got a new pipe installed. I worked with Dave from Bill Howe Plumbing. They replaced the existing plastic pipe and put a new copper one. They had to dig quite a bit, but were cognizant of the landscaping and made sure things were brought back to how they were. Since the work was scheduled a few days later, Dave helped route the water from the main over a ground pipe for a couple of days.

I ran into Eric at the Dixieline lumber parking lot and approached him to ask a question. I felt bad approaching as he looked busy. Eric was very polite and took the time to answer my questions and help me out. Because of his professionalism I decided to go from a DIY job to hire PAWS to do the work. I called and was quickly given an appointment that same day to assess my leaking main line to my house. After the assessment and discussion I was quoted a very fair price and booked the job. Eric showed up on time and got straight to work. He was professional, courteous and knowledgeable. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. I would definitely recommend Eric and PAWS to anyone needing plumbing work. *** Update, 6/23/3/21 I have now hired Eric at PAWS plumbing three times. Everytime has been perfect. On time, professional, knowledgeable and courteous. If I ever need plumbing again I will definitely be calling Eric and PAWS again!!.

Michael S. fixed a clogged drain in our kitchen sink. He thoroughly explained everything he was doing as he did to clear the clog. Additionally, he took time to listen to our 11 years old questions and comments. He left to get a part he needed for a repair to a our kitchen sink pipe and to grab lunch. I expected him to be gone for awhile, but he came back within 30 minutes. He finished up the job quickly and was took extra steps to clean up after his work. Definitely put Roto Hero number in my contacts, but hope to not have to call them for any more plumbing issues ;0)

I called EZ plumbing 24 hour emergency line and they helped me over the phone. I was so grateful that they walked me through the process and also used photos and text to troubleshoot. They also saved me hundreds of dollars that I would have had to spend for them to come out on Labor Day weekend. I appreciate everything they’ve done for me in my time of need. Pin hole pipe leak in a water supply line that is my responsibility according to the HOA. He arrived on time, very professional. He was very happy to explain what he was doing. Made some other preventative recommendations as well which made a lot of sense to help prevent issues in the future.He has doe other work for me in another home and have never had any issues with any of his work.I plan to use him for any of my future plumbing work.
