After having our home Termite Tented for 4 days and returning home to a steady leak from our water heater drain faucet, I knew I needed help ASAP. I called Bill Howe and asked for a technician after hours (it was 6pm), and they had one on the phone to me within 2 minutes of hanging up from the call center. By 6:45, Chris was at my door and ready to get to work. He did the repair in an hour and was friendly and knowledgeable. The repair went off without a hitch and we are completely satisfied with the service provided by both members of Bill Howe that we came into contact with. We will definitely be using Bill Howe in the future! Thank you guys!

I came across All Star Plumbing & Restoration through review only and decided to give them a call to fix the slab leak. They promptly answered my call and gave a reasonable quote. They detected the slab leak quickly and suggested what should be done. They rerouted the water pipe through the attic and wall and fixed the slab leak the same day. They rechecked the leak and verified that there is no other leaks. We are really grateful to All Star Plumbing & Restoration for their excellent service.

We had an emergency need for help unclogging pipes and toilets which were blocked for myself and my neighbor, given shared pipes. The service arrived within an hour of my calling and asking for help.Mason was so helpful and kind. He tried his best to get the work done in a cost efficient manner, and explained rationale for all work that needed to be performed. He worked quickly and effectively, and had both of our pipes unclogged fairly quickly, which was very exciting for us - working toilets!I really appreciated his quick and attentive support, reassuring, calm and friendly demeanor, and of course that he got the job done well. Max arrived at our residence as scheduled initially explained what he would do to identify the unknown location of our water leak. He prepped the work area and it was determine that he would open a section of the ceiling. Within minutes he identified the leak and informed us of his suggestion for repair. Upon completion of the repair he returned the work area back to it’s original conditional. He was very professional at all times and the knowledge of craft was unquestionable. He gave me reasonable options, explaining the pros and cons of each. His installation was efficient and neat, and he told me to call him directly if any questions or problems arise.

My water tank was leaking and had to call someone because I wasn't sure what was going on. Jonnie Brayall was the tech that came in and had my water tank replaced. He was very professional but he also made sure I am completely comfortable and aware of the job he was doing. I can't say enough about Ace Contractors and Gus Mendez who did our estimate. He was polite, respectful and really knows his business. His estimate came in below the others to install a tankless water heater and offered us an excellent warranty. Ben was very thorough, knowledgeable and polite. He not only addressed the issue I contacted Perry for originally but also looked at a heating and air problem I was having. I consider this good customer service, which isn't always easy to find these days.

The downstairs shower and toilet backed up around 9:00 pm and I was unable to clear the blockage on my own. I reached out to several plumbers and Julio Valle from John Padilla Plumbing contacted me within minutes. He drove from one end of San Diego to the other at 10:00 pm and was able to clear the drain. I was very happy with Julio’s work and professionalism. I recommend John Padilla Plumbing and will not hesitate to call them again if needed.

On September 2020, Tom came out to a property we had in escrow out in Lakeside. Tom showed up on time, was friendly, professional, and got down to business. Tom helped us with scoping the sewer main lines and provided an additional whole house plumbing inspection at no cost. He just charged us for the scope, which was a reasonable rate. Tom appeared to be very knowledgeable and gave us lots of tips. I strongly recommend Tom. I feel he is trustworthy, affordable, and knowledgeable.

Tarpy was super-responsive and very professional. We are in escrow on a new house and Tarpy came to evaluate the HVAC system of the house on short notice. Thank you again! We called Tarpy because they have done such good work servicing the system in our current house.

With what seemed to be an in-genuine call at first just to get the review removed/fixed, I am fixing this review due to his best efforts. He did his best to defuse the situation and straighten things out. While this should not have occurred in the first place, I am willing to give this company a chance at business.
