Anderson is the only ones we call for our heating and plumbing needs. They have installed 2 heating systems and the technicians are prompt, courteous and professional. Today we needed to unclog a drain and again, Andersons did the job. Love their service and value pricing. Lincoln Santillan was a great help. He treated us just like family.

I was so happy I chose them. I’ll be honest, I wasn’t crazy about calling Bill Howe because a lot of the time businesses with good marketing departments don’t necessarily do good work. Also it was for my company that is part of a national corporation. I was concerned we would be charged a lot because they knew it wasn’t coming out of my pocket directly. I had two technicians. Rico did the inspection. On time. Nice. Fast. He explained to me what needed to be done and what else to expect. Then Shaun came the next day, after I got approval. On time. Nice. Fast! I was really happy. So was the rest of our employees.Thanks Rico and Shaun!

Sergio did an amazing job with my leak issue at my home. He tested everything and was very thorough and knowledgeable about what needed to be done and explained everything to me. Being a Master plumber it was evident he knows what he’s doing.He was very thorough with everything. He even fixed my water heater connection that was done wrong and also made a nice box for my refrigerator water and ice line. He’s super neat and cleaned up great. If you ever need a great plumber call and ask for Sergio. You won’t be disappointed plus he’s nice!

We were faced with an extremely inconvenient clogged pipe and leak right before showings for an open house. But Jason got here in a moment’s notice and finished everything so quickly. James, the tech, was wonderful. He was professional and courteous and happily answered all of my questions. The company was very responsive and able to schedule an appointment quickly. I was very pleased with the overall service and repair and will happily use them again.

Although it’s never fun to deal with plumbing issues , Mr Harrison was very attune to our needs , he troubleshooted our issues in a way that made sense and to a great saving to our family . We had several other plumbing company’s come over and it seems that the others did not take the time to troubleshoot the real issue as Xavier Harrison did, which in turn meant a saving of money and resources in real time and averting a much larger problem , (had we followed others advice). Water heater in my hotel room was leaking due to which customers were facing inconvenience. Other plumbers of Orange County were saying all the parts have to be replaced which would have cost a lot. So I called EZ Plumbing USA after getting a suggestion from an employee. He asked me to try their services. Surprisingly, their plumberfixed it without changing all the parts. He cleaned everything properly and only replaced the leaking pipe. I’m impressed by their services.

The plumbers were friendly, courteous and did amazing work in a timely manner. They are priced fairly for the quality. I would hire them again in a heartbeat.

We purchased a new home that required extensive work that included going into the concrete foundation. Anthony from Fox was communicative and laid out the work detail in an easy to understand way. Because the work was so intricate we did get to know the staff quite well. Every employee we talked to was a pleasure and did not disrupt our day-to-day (wife works from home regularly).We unfortunately found additional unplanned issues in the plumbing and Anthony walked us through various options. He didn't just upsell or tell us a full replacement was needed for certain items. He physically gave us the opportunities to see the concerns he had. We then waited on his multiple written up reports and made informed decisions on the routes we wanted to go.Our Mortgage lender tied 2/3's of the financing for the plumbing work into our loan and the lenders admittedly were not prepared for payment. We were able to pay our 1/3 out of pocket costs immediately, but the mortgage payment did lag longer than anybody expected. While both parties shared frustration, I appreciate Fox and their professionalism while we dealt with the internal miscommunication our mortgage lender was having.We had a lot of work underneath the home done, but if down the road we need any internal plumbing done we will be sure to call Fox.

Excellent service by Joel Casdan and Paul. Fixed slow sink, stopped up bathtub and slow second shower quickly and thoroughly. Professional, patient and a pleasure.
