Best HVAC System Maintenance in San Diego CA

Performed annual AC inspection and maintenance. Daniel and Gary from Anderson HVAC did an excellent job. I am very satisfied with Daniel, Gary and the entire Anderson’s team from initial call to completion. I will use them for all my plumbing and HVAC needs. We have used Bill Howe a number of times for various projects around our home. We bought our house in December 2020 and have since had people come out to do the following: look at damaged floor beams from a leaking toilet, replace the toilet, hook up our gas dryer (including drilling out a new exhaust port), evaluate our leaking AC system, and replace the entire HVAC system. We've been impressed with the service every time.They are good about being on time, notifying us when they are on their way (which is helpful when you have dogs that need to get put away), and everyone is always very friendly and professional. I feel that everyone who has come out has taken their time to make sure that the job is done right every time, and they always answer all of our questions.A few times we have had people come out to evaluate something (such as the leaking toilet), and they did not charge us for the advice. In the case of the toilet, we had tried fixing it ourselves, the tech came out and told us he thinks it would be cheaper/easier to replace it, but he was happy to try to fix it for us if that's what we wanted. We were not charged for this and opted to purchase the toilet ourselves and then have someone come out to install it. There was no pressure for us to have Bill Howe install it, we felt we were encouraged to do whatever made sense for us (install ourselves vs. hiring someone).Recently we had the entire HVAC system replaced, which is not a small or cheap job. Our system was 20+ years old and leaking. We had it evaluated by Enoch and the recommended course of action was to replace the system, we were given a quote the same day. We were never once pressured to go with Bill Howe for the job. We thought about it for a few days and eventually decided to go for it, Bill Howe was able to come out the next day and did the job in 2 days. They were timely and professional the whole way through.Everyone we have worked with at Bill Howe has been wonderful, we will continue to use them for our projects in the future.

Our water heater was not heating the water, so we decided to call EZ plumbers for a quote. Robert answered the call in no time and gave us a fair price. He dispatched the technician the same day and quickly diagnosed and fixed the issue. They are very responsive, and their services are also reasonable. I will not hesitate to hire EZ plumbers again in the future!

We tried everything to unclog our sink before we called Emory. Not only was our kitchen sink unclogged within an hour, but the technician also gave us some really great tips on how to dry out and keep the area under the sink from molding.

Called him on Christmas Day 2022 in a total panic. He (Anthony) answered, diagnosed my problem over FaceTime, helped me stop the leak over FaceTime, and saved me at least $500 in emergency call fees.This plumber is one of the nicest and most honest people I’ve ever met in my life. If you have an issue, you should call him.

We used  Fox Plumbing after getting bids from 3 other competitors for a full house repipe, water heater replacement and replacing a significant section of cast iron under adjoining bathrooms. Fox was the only one to not try to dissuade us from using permits. They took to the time to hear our concerns, answer every single one of our questions in a very detailed manner helped guide us in picking the right products for our needs and were very patient with us. We found their prices fair, and they worked with us on the change orders, and were respectful of our budget. We took advantage of their financing option (will update this post if needed), which helped give us the confidence and the option to make adjustments on the fly.We worked mainly with Steve throughout the quoting process, planning and with regards to scope changes. Fernando and Ryan were the main onsite crew, and worked some long hours to get the job done in the agreed on timeframe, despite some unexpected surprises. They did their best to be accommodating and were very easy to work with. They kept me up to date, were professional, and there were no problems that they didn't solve.We plan on using Fox in the near future to complete the cast iron removal and for some additional smaller plumbing needs.

The work on my heating system was completely professional. The two technicians, worked quickly and efficiently. Cleaned up after themselves thoroughly and the final bill came in under the original estimate. High fives all around

I'd list the services but ARS has failed to release the detailed invoice prior to payment. Work began in October and was completed in December and I'm getting nothing but lip service. It was a major project, inside and outside, and I'm still waiting on the Invoice & the Asbestos Clearance Report. I'm still without a toilet & vanity because the floor installation cannot be done without the asbestos report. AND I NEED A DETAILED INVOICE.

They are professional experts at reasonable prices. In addition to installing a new a/c & heating unit. They also upgraded my old cast iron kitchen plumbing which was leaking under the house, which they had to cutout & repair the drywall. The repair looks like nothing ever happened. They cleaned up and even hauled away all the old plumbing. Your mind is put at ease when they explain the problem and how they are going to repair it. My air conditioner was installed by these experts a few weeks ago. I requested them at the last minute, and they arrived on time and were swift and efficient. My unit's installer was also really pleasant. I would recommend this company anytime.

Got the job done. Expensive. They offer only a 3 or 4 hour window for when they will arrive. 8AM to Noon, or Noon to 4pm, is no good at all if you happen to work 8 to 5.

Cody was on time, detail oriented, professional and explained exactly what caused my A/C system to fail. His diagnostic & repair skills were among the best I have ever experienced. Amazing Job !
