Brandon, Corey, and Jacob did a great job snaking our sewer backup followed by a visual camera inspection the next day after the backup issues were resolved. This full service with a camera inspection is well worth the money, they explained how the piping system was configured and how to maintain the system to avoid damage and future problems. We got fast same day response on getting the system cleared. The next day we had the inspection. I will use this team again. The fast response plus camera inspection and snake with 3 professional guys over 2 days was a good value in my opinion.

I scheduled for a quote, the person who showed up was very professional and honest, I knew my situation could have been a bigger issue/require a lot more work than expected and he was honest. They also upgraded my old cast iron kitchen plumbing which was leaking under the house, which they had to cutout & repair the drywall. The repair looks like nothing ever happened. They cleaned up and even hauled away all the old plumbing. Your mind is put at ease when they explain the problem and how they are going to repair it. We had a plumbing issue, was referred to Perry Plumbing, and they came out in a timely manner, were very clean, professional and friendly, and fixed our problem at a reasonable cost. We will be using Perry Plumbing in the future.

We recently purchased an older home in the Kensington area and shortly after we moved in, discovered a strong odor coming from under the house.We called Carini Plumbing and they sent out one of their plumbers the same day. After some analysis with a video sewer camera and some crawling around under the house, he was able to find and repair the problem quickly and at what we believe was a very reasonable cost. I contacted Dmitry at this company, he came recommended by my landlord. Both my kitchen sinks and the bathroom sink were clogged up. He showed up the next day with Fred, both of them showed up on time, communicated well and responded very fast to my call. They found out that there was a leak and additional issues with the kitchen sink drain. They fixed all the issues, stayed some time after to make sure it wasn't leaking anymore and gave me some recommendations as to maintenance in order to prevent the same thing in the future. I had a great experience with American Ace Plumbing and would definitely use them again. Thank you guys!

Marc Peffer, the Plumer was wonderful. His skills and professional work flawless. I should say he is the most honest and hard working plumber I ever seen. Unfortunately most of them are not ethical and honest . I deal with 3 plumbing company through my Home warranty and they were incompetent and unethical with their false reporting blaming us for broken shower handle by force!! . We used our shower for eight years. Nothing last for ever. We have life time Warranty on our faucets. The manufacturer company agreed that it was a normal wear and tear and they honored the Warrenty and send the parts free of charge.Despite of explaining this to These contractors, G& G pluming company, fix it all pluming company, Emergency pluming Co,Even though the service was covered, they denied to fix the problem.Sadly First American Home Warrenty side with them. Since I had manufacturer life time warranty the labor for installation still covered by my home warranty, but none of these contractors honored it and still denied to install the handle even with work order was issued to them. Finally had to call on my own. The Express plumbing heating and air company had work done in my home in the past and I never had any problems. So called them, Marc came on time and fix my shower handle within 15 minutes the service that I have been waiting for it to be fixed for almost three months through my First American home warranty and sending all the above pluming companies!!!once again I appreciate what Marc Peffer did for us. And I recommend Express pluming, heating and air company to any one I know.
