The admin staff provides updates on their 2 hour arrival window, as well as the assigned plumber.The Master Plumber, Jake arrived as scheduled and provided a quick and accurate diagnosis of my slab leak. His estimate was reasonable and he was very patient in answering all my frantic questions regarding a slab leak. The quality of the repair work was great and it came with a 10 YEAR warranty on parts and labor. Thanks Jake.Not many plumbing companies that I'm aware of offers such warranty.This company will be our go to for future plumbing needs.

Overpriced. Just paid $89 for a capacitor that can be found at other places for $35 tops. The lady behibd the desk said: these are a little pricey and i asked how much is pricey and she replied $189;;; when I told her I could buy four of those for that price and I was going away she decided to text her boss and got the price down to $89; I was still going to walk away but decided to buy it because of real necessity. I can understand charging that price including labor of installation but in this case the were not installing anything. What a rip off. Will never do bussines with again. No thanks.

I was really worried I had a major leak in my toilet and called Perry Plumbing. The technician replaced the fill valve and flapper quick as can be and I was back in business. Everyone I spoke to at Perry Plumbing was friendly and courteous. I’ll definitely call them again!

After getting quotes from five companies, we chose Carini Heating, Air & Plumbing for the addition of central air to our existing furnace in our 1924 home. After starting off with some mostly communication problems prior to installation, Design Specialist/Sales Manager Jake Carter took charge and ensured we had an excellent design and installation at a fair price. Technician Kevin, assisted by Luis, both worked very hard and intelligently on a hot day to install the evaporator coil in a cramped attic crawlspace. We ended up very satisfied with Carini.

I contacted Dmitry at this company, he came recommended by my landlord. Both my kitchen sinks and the bathroom sink were clogged up. He showed up the next day with Fred, both of them showed up on time, communicated well and responded very fast to my call. They found out that there was a leak and additional issues with the kitchen sink drain. They fixed all the issues, stayed some time after to make sure it wasn't leaking anymore and gave me some recommendations as to maintenance in order to prevent the same thing in the future. This firm recently came out to my house through Fidelity Home Warranty. Now, I don't expect much out of plumbers; but this company takes the cake for bad. The plumber who came was nice, but English was rough. About 45 minutes into the service, he had to call his supervisor. I was like whatever. Neal (supervisor) came, and I then decided to go listen in. Sassy mouth he was, and down talks. Then came the drams. Replacing a Kohler shower cartridge. I'm like go to Lowes or Homedepot. Neal's like no we have to through Ferguson's. WTF? A total of almost 2 hours was spent with no repairs. After an hour, I called the Express, and spoke to the office woman who put me on hold to call the plumber. She came back stating that the plumber can come tomorrow between 12--4PM. Here is tomorrow. At 3:57PM, I called and the woman said that she was just about to call me to inform that the plumber will be late. New expected arrival time 5:30PM. Okay. At 5:27pm Neal (supervisor) calls stating he should have called me hours ago, and that he had to special order from Ferguson. Catching Express in a lie, is bad. I again called Fidelity to complain about Express. Wasting my time. I also noted to Fidelity that the index screw was missing.On Saturday, I got a call from the plumber around 3:30PM asking if he could come install the cartridge. I said sure. While he installed the cartridge, he explained that he purchased the cartridge from Lowes, and told me that his company called him regarding the service complaint I filed with Fidelity. I shared with him that it’s Express who is the issue. The woman who answered the phone and lied as well as Neal, and Express got caught. The woman who answered the phone lied, and she knows it. I told him that I would be writing a review, and Fidelity was instructed to never send Express to my house for any contract plumbing repair. So there you have the abridged version of it. Just bad customer service. Maybe you’ll have better luck.
