Really great experience with Cody and his team on getting a new water pressure regulator on my main water line. Price was fair and they were extremely knowledgeable about educating me on the issues at hand. They even went above and beyond by checking the water pressure on my water heater, which was recently replaced. Would recommend them to anyone and will be calling them back soon to handle some bigger and more cumbersome jobs in the house.

I had a great experience with them. 2 days ago I called them to find the leak in my house. I reached to several companies, but they didn't find the leak accurately, but their plumber named John did the best job. I would highly recommend this company for plumbing work.

I was very satisfied with the service provided by Gilbert. He and his helper were on time and quickly and efficiently got the job done. I did not shop around for price so I can not comment as to whether it was the best deal in town, however, they responded quickly to my inquiry and the price seemed reasonable. I sent pictures and they were able to bring exactly what was needed to replace my existing fixtures. He replaced a new faucet in the kitchen and a new sink in the bathroom. I was concerned that removing the old sink might cause damage to the existing granite but Gilbert handled the job carefully and without incident. There was a problem in turning off the cold water under the bathroom sink so it was necessary for him to replace the shutoff valve. My only suggestion would be to have the workers wear covers on their shoes when entering the house, but aside from that I would not hesitate to call them again for future service.

Mauricio, the owner of EXODUS PLUMBING, is a rare breed that you don’t see very often. I used Yelp to get help on my project of unclogging a kitchen sink drain. Chicken fat, bacon grease made its way to create a dam to prevent the grey water to travel to its final destination. It’s 6:00 pm and the stomachs of elderly residents at our care facility will go empty tomorrow morning if the clogged drain is not cleared. To the rescue, the man of the hour, MAURICIO!!!Yelp is helpful in putting out the call for help to many plumbing professionals. I got 5 responses, including from Exodus Plumbing. Only Mauricio was a real person who responded.quickly and demonstrated his willingness and kindness in responding after business hours. What was discovered in the drain was a grease buildup. Morey Plumbing saved my day. I had an old shower valve that was beyond repair. Jeff Morey was on time, friendly, professional, and helpful. He even left my shower cleaner than when he got here. Though the total cost was more than I had hoped to spend, the price was fair and the shower is fixed...today! I'm very pleased with the result and happy to refer Morey Plumbing to anyone who needs a reliable plumber.

Received two unsolicited calls in two days. Tried to explain that I didn’t want any service on my home but caller hung up on me mid-sentence. Then, called, “customer service,” who was completely dismissive to me. All I told her was they’re sales reps needed better training. Hanging up on me did not make me want to use their device in the future.

So these guys have their main office in Bakersfield,they have one plumber here along with one office girl.They leave the scheduling up to the plumber,I'm not sure what purpose the office girl serves.The guy is an okay plumber but should not be making his own schedule,the impession I get is there are certain jobs he'll do and the ones he doesn't want to do he'll just ignore you until you call someone else. Laughable

Do Not Use. My neighbors called these guys in to replace their water heater, but they came to my place when I wasn't home and just took mine by mistake. They came back and fixed my neighbors water heater the next day, but it has taken them 5 days and counting to come and put mine back. They don't call me with updates. Half the time when I call them they don't pick up, and when I do get someone on the line they keep telling me they'll bring my water heater back tomorrow.

We had them install all plumbing for a new bathroom addition and relocate our washer and dryer. They finished the job in less time quoted and the work was amazing quality.

I had MVP Rooter come out to replace my water heater on a Monday after it started leaking in my garage Sunday. Very professional from start to finish. After the appointment was set, I received a text reminder with the information about who and when a technician would be out to my home. First impression was truck and uniformed plumber, Chris, both looked top notch. Chris was also very polite. Most importantly, I received professional service and a quality, brand water heater for an excellent price. I will definitely use them again and refer them to my friends.

This company made a stupid mistake and flooded my father’s house. Now, my elderly Dad has to move out of his house to repair the damage. Don’t use this company!
