Carlos from PIC serviced my apartment today. He was early, but not too early. He was originally here to fix the toilet, but we had developed a leak under the kitchen sink. He was able to figure out what was leaking. Fixed both leak under sink and toilet in a timely matter. I have used PAWS plumbing on a few occasions and they are always friendly, solutions oriented, fairly priced, available and their work is excellent. They fixed an electric water heater pump for me that was installed wrong by the builder, they’ve unclogged toilets and fixed a shower lever…they’ve also scoped my drains at a rental home and helped me locate pipes in the foundation. I trust them. They are my go-to plumbers.

John and Tyler came to inspect a water stain on the ceiling that eventually started to leak (slow leak). They inspected, conducted tests to determine source and extent of leak. They were truthful and thorough in their assessment. They gave helpful recommendations. The service fee was just, they cleaned up the work area nicely. I highly recommend their services!

They used a Hydro jet on my main sewer, Then they put a camera down so I could see how clean it was. Very nice job. I am very pleased, the two men that came out doing outstanding job

We used  Fox Plumbing after getting bids from 3 other competitors for a full house repipe, water heater replacement and replacing a significant section of cast iron under adjoining bathrooms. Fox was the only one to not try to dissuade us from using permits. They took to the time to hear our concerns, answer every single one of our questions in a very detailed manner helped guide us in picking the right products for our needs and were very patient with us. We found their prices fair, and they worked with us on the change orders, and were respectful of our budget. We took advantage of their financing option (will update this post if needed), which helped give us the confidence and the option to make adjustments on the fly.We worked mainly with Steve throughout the quoting process, planning and with regards to scope changes. Fernando and Ryan were the main onsite crew, and worked some long hours to get the job done in the agreed on timeframe, despite some unexpected surprises. They did their best to be accommodating and were very easy to work with. They kept me up to date, were professional, and there were no problems that they didn't solve.We plan on using Fox in the near future to complete the cast iron removal and for some additional smaller plumbing needs.

Had a slab leak, called Ideal at 9am and someone was at my house by 10:30. We had already had no water for 2 days waiting for another plumber to come. The leak was fixed without the need to jack hammer a hole in the slab and the repair was done quickly and looks nice. I also had the guys that were working on my issue put in a new house shut off valve, hose bib, and also add another 3/4 shut off valve for potential future uses. Will definitely use Ideal in the future if the need arises!

I called All American Plumbing based on the excellent reviews I read here. A toilet in our rental property seemed to be malfunctioning. The entire experience was excellent. The person who took my call was professional and scheduled the service call at the time I requested. There were numerous follow up texts confirming who would be going to the property and when. Mason arrived on time, checked out the toilet, and determined the problem was probably not the toilet, but with the water pressure in the building. He adjusted the angle stops and resolved the issue. He provided options and estimates in the event the problem returned. And, the price for this service call was - zero. Needless to say, we will be calling this company with any future plumbing issues in our properties!
