Micheal (2152) did a great job, he looked at my water heater, knew exactly why it was not working and got it working again. Micheal was knowledgeable, and a joy to work with. He took the time to explain my options if I had issues in the future and gave me some brochures of alternatives for a new unit.

It was a Sunday afternoon, everything was closed and I couldn’t get the water off to a broken sprinkler head spraying water everywhere. Anthony answered the customer service line, and instead of charging me a arm and leg sending someone on a Sunday, he calmly talked me through turning the water off myself till i can get someone to repair it during the week. Great service from Mickey. He unclogged a drain, installed washer and dryer and have a estimates on work that needs to be done soon. Customer service was nothing but perfect. We called looking for an emergency plumber to come to our home. A water main had broken and water was gushing out! The service personnel that we spoke with on the phone let us know that the plumber was not available until after 5 (on a Sunday) because he was out in another job. However, she would see if he could call and assist us with shutting the water off. The plumber DID call and walk through the steps of shutting the water off. He even FacedTimed with us and we showed him what the area looked like and he guided us. We’re so grateful for his assistance!! We have to go through our warranty to get it fixed, but we are enterally grateful for the plumbers assistance as well as the friendly service personnel that took our call. Did a pretty good job fixing the leak, but some reason there’s little water coming from the shower head and hasn’t fixed the toilet. Job is incomplete.

We used  Fox Plumbing after getting bids from 3 other competitors for a full house repipe, water heater replacement and replacing a significant section of cast iron under adjoining bathrooms. Fox was the only one to not try to dissuade us from using permits. They took to the time to hear our concerns, answer every single one of our questions in a very detailed manner helped guide us in picking the right products for our needs and were very patient with us. We found their prices fair, and they worked with us on the change orders, and were respectful of our budget. We took advantage of their financing option (will update this post if needed), which helped give us the confidence and the option to make adjustments on the fly.We worked mainly with Steve throughout the quoting process, planning and with regards to scope changes. Fernando and Ryan were the main onsite crew, and worked some long hours to get the job done in the agreed on timeframe, despite some unexpected surprises. They did their best to be accommodating and were very easy to work with. They kept me up to date, were professional, and there were no problems that they didn't solve.We plan on using Fox in the near future to complete the cast iron removal and for some additional smaller plumbing needs.

Called RS for our clogged drains. The technician Guillermo was super friendly and very knowledgeable. He quickly got them unclogged and was very respectful in keeping our house floors clean and he even wore booties on his shoes. Really appreciate their professional service.

I had an EV charger installed and the work done by the team was the best. They took the time to explain what they were doing, discussed their recommendation and met all our requirements. Sal was nothing but helpful and extreamly professional. I had a toielt clogged and i called him at 9:00pm to help me .He was at my house within 30 minutes. He found out that my main line was actually clogged. Which is alot worse than i expected. He was confident and rant to his van for the tool. Sal had my dain lines clear within minutes. He took extra prcautions and cleared all my other lines just to make sure i wouldnt have any more issues in the future. I would recommend their company too anyone that need a quick plumbing fix. Based on our discussion i would even recommend them for any plumbing job. Five stars from me!
