I called them after an unmarked and untraced gas line in my backyard was broken. They were able to come quickly and fix the problem. I’ve had poor experiences in the past with contractors so my expectations were low. All I can say is Doug reset the bar for what I should expect. He was knowledgeable, prompt, and professional. He got the job done and my dog liked him. Yes, Bill Howe is slightly more expensive, but I’m ok with that. With anything you can get cheap, fast, and quality, now pick 2 of those. He nailed the fast and quality and personally the peace of mind that gives this homeowner is worth it. I hope I don’t have to call out a plumber again, but if I do I know who I’m calling.

Came promptly and found the gas leak almost immediately. Professional service, they arranged all the necessary red tape to get our gas service back.

We had to call an emergency plumber today. This company was very nice, professional, and responsive. They didn’t even charge us for coming out, since we didn’t need any repairs right now. Looks like we may need some repairs soon though, and we plan to call this company.

I would really appreciate their water heater repair professionals. No one but them responded to our queries in the short time frame and assured us to fix the water heater issues in no time. They did everything swiftly, from fixing the clogged drain pipe to installing the new rod. No need to mention that their plumbers are professional. They all are experienced and knowledgeable. I would not hesitate to take their services again.

Phil and Rene from Ideal worked 4.5 days to install a complete HVAC system after the failure of my 13-year-old A/C unit. I went with the company due to three highly trusted recommendations. The work was quite costly, but it was very complex, involving the replacement of the A/C unit, the furnace located in the attic, and very old attic ducts. Plumbing and electrical work were needed, as was old duct removal by an asbestos abatement company. Everything was done strictly to current code, and the technicians were knowledgable, skillful and pleasant. Phil took time to fully explain the new thermostat interface and many other aspects of the job. Ideal's work is guaranteed; if I have any questions or issues, they will return to make things right. Work was completed today; so far I'm very satisfied.

Kudos to Andrew and Javier!! Came out within a couple hours and found a huge issue that they immediately addressed with a restoration team and quickly worked with them to resolve the issue! I manage a nice mid century Apartment building in Bankers Hill. 1965 with mostly older plumbing until I met Chris 3 years ago. Together we have fixed, replaced or bypassed a good deal of it. He comes lickity split when I've got issues that need immediate attention. He can replace water lines in the wall like a magician. Kudos to this great guy! Super approachable and he knows his crapola... I highly recommend him.
