Jose from this company created a wonderful experience for me. I had been trying to install a bidet, but my water line was nearly impossible to disconnect and I did a lot of damage to it trying to unscrew it. I called this company for a quote/some insight as to if they would be able to disconnect my water line and replace it. Jose called me back promptly and gave me a quote to unscrew it (which was $0!) and walked me through what would need to happen if he couldn’t disconnect it.He ended up needing to take out the toilet from the ground- a timely and difficult job- and gave me a huge discount so it was affordable for me. And even installed my bidet afterwards!Throughout this process, I also had to reschedule several times and every time Jose was flexible and prompt with when he could come help that worked with my schedule. I am so pleased with my experience with everyone at this company, especially Jose. I would absolutely recommend them for any needs you have!

We used Team Rooter Plumbing of San Diego to unclog our shower drain. Arturo was here right on time and was able to fix our shower very quickly. I highly recommend this company and will definitely be using them again in the future.

The customer service is amazing, the workers are professional and extremely knowledgeable, they work quickly, cleanly and stand behind their work.I don’t know why you’d choose any other plumbing service. After an unexpected leak in the water line INSIDE the wall by my washing machine, I called Paws and a few other plumbing services due to reviews on Yelp. I actually talked to a real person at Paws and they were able to have someone to the house within 20 minutes... which actually happened! I couldn't have been happier with the speed of the service and the quality of the work performed. I was so impressed with the work Kel did, that I also had him fix a few other minor repairs that I have been putting off for years. What started as a very stressful event turned out to be a very satisfying experience.

Last week we called Rooter Hero to fix a plugged kitchen sink and disposal problems.We thought it was taken care of. Until it happened again this week.After calling and requesting a repeat repair, Rooter Hero immediately sent another plumber out within the hour and he did a very thorough job of fixing both problems. Jacob Martinez fixed the disposal and unplugged the sink. The company stands by their work with a guarantee that they honored. I will recommend Rooter Hero to everyone and will definitely call them with all of our plumbing problems.

He also educated me about why I was having electrical issues in the first place and how to mitigate them in the future. He was very nice, endearing and well educated on electricity. I had an early morning shower gone bad! The shower handle broke and I could not turn off the water. The tub was filling up fast! I called City and left a distressed call and asked for immediate help. They called me back immediately and said the truck would be at my house within 30 minutes. Chris showed up in 20! He quickly assessed the situation, found the cut off and stopped the water.
