Jose and Discount Plumbing were fantastic and went above and beyond to help us out. We received another quote from someone to fix our leak for $1,250 - $1,500, which seemed really high, and Jose agreed to fix it for $700.We called in the afternoon on a Friday and Jose was willing to stop by on his way home to see if he could help our water leak since it was a big leak. He didn't want us to have to go the weekend with water leaking all over the place and he arrived within 15 minutes.Jose tried to fix the leak but it was going through a retaining wall that was surrounding the pipe. The warehouse was already closed for the day and Jose couldn't access the proper tools to break up the concrete. He offered to come back first thing on Monday morning but rather than have us go the weekend with the leak he connected us to someone that could come out the next day to fix it for the same agreed upon price.Jose spent about an hour trying to get to the source of the leak, but since he couldn't fix it he didn't charge us for his time. He definitely went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of and didn't really get anything in return. Jose was also incredibly professional, communicated great, and wore a mask/stood a respectable distance to make sure we felt comfortable.

Eric did a great job getting repair done quickly. He was friendly and knowledgeable on what he was doing. Would definitely recommend to others and use for future plumbing needs.

Highly recommend Kyle Patch with Elite Rooter. We had a seized bolt in our kitchen sink that we couldn’t get off to change the faucet. I sent out a request to Elite Rooter and they answered super quickly and got someone out a couple of hours later! Kyle came out and he was able to diagnose the issue, cut off the seized faucet, and install our new one in less than an hour. He was super friendly and efficient, and pointed out a couple of other things he noticed that may need attention in the future. We’ll definitely call him for issues we have in the future. I recommend Elite for quick response, excellent service, and quality work.

I scheduled air conditioner tune-up services on Sunday. The customer service immediately scheduled an appointment at my convenience. They removed brush and debris, cleaned the condenser coils, replaced filters, refilled refrigerant, and ensured that the condensate drain was clear. Very satisfied with the promptness and expertise. We had a sewer backup on a weekend and ARS got us on the schedule for a drain snake on a Sunday. Ruben was very kind, quick, and professional (and was great with our excitable dog). He and his supervisor came back the next day to inspect our drain and propose a repair and they were both great. Service was extremely reasonable. We'll be adding Ruben and ARS to our toolbox of contractors from now on!
