I had a plumbing pipe leak behind a bathroom wall leading to water leak damage to neighboring bedroom walls and closet. I called Core Plumbing on Weekend and they came in on Monday on time and identified/fixed the issue professionally. The guy (Guy) really cared about customer, he not only fixed this issue but also identified/communicated another potential problem (high water pressure) and fixed it, the clean-up after repair is also nice. Great service to solve my problem.

Technician Mr Greg came to do our show head repair. He was punctual and did a great job. They are very responsive and don’t charge for consulting.

Best experience I could’ve wanted under bad circumstances! My water heater had an emergent, significant leak that needed emergency servicing when I couldn’t find anyone else to help. Jon and Ty really saved the day. They worked very quickly to stop the leaks, remove the old heater and install a high quality new heater. It took them just a few hours from start to finish. They also work with a repair/construction company that is handling the remodeling of drywall and floors for water damage to my house. Everything has been so streamlined and easy. Thank you for not only fixing my problems, but leaving the house better off than it was before.

Also, I requested to send plumbers as soon as possible, and they sent Jack within an hour to fix the leakage. I have used this company twice in the past two weeks, once for clogged drains in the other for an issue with a hot water heater. Both times Leon came to the house and was very responsive to questions and explain things well. Sometimes it's hard to get a hold of a plumber but this company seems to respond quickly.

Had an urgent plumbing issue so called Ascend hoping they would be able to come today or tomorrow, Vic was able to fit me in same day despite having a major commercial job in the morning. RDZ was absolutely amazing!We had a very bad backup in my main sewer line after many attempts to snake it ,nothing worked. I called RDZ at 7am on a Saturday and with a quick response Sal from RDZ showed up with his hydro power jet ready to work. Sal did an amazing job and work diligently to clear the back up in the main sewer line. The best thing I heard the last 3 days was “ I GOT IT” . Sal was amazing . I highly highly recommend RDZ Plumbing and Drains for any of your Plumbing needs.

It’s a -0 star. I called for a leaking faucet, I was told is a free estimate.Jon comes tightened the packing nut and told me it’s $85. If he would have told me the price before tightening I wouldn’t accept the job. But he tightened and then told me it was $85. It’s so sad how this man took advantage of a woman. Outrageous.

Old house with some cast iron and copper piping really corroded and needed replacement. Gabriel Perea evaluated and gave me some options. Didn't fast talk. Work was scheduled to my convenience and was done on time and with great professionalism.

I have worked with Jared on a few projects now. He has been very easy to work with, very responsive when trying to communicate, and he is always on time and gets the job done in the time frame he tells you. He replaced a electric tank water heater at a rental property and replaced our gas tank water heater with a tankless gas. So, he has shown that his versatility and that he can handle any job.
