Don was very accommodating with my busy schedule and came out quickly giving me a detailed quote of work to be done. He was very competitive with the other quotes but more detailed and seem to actually care about my timeline and budget to get it done. He showed up on time finished the work on time and I passed city inspection with flying colors! Don has made my project a headache free! Everything that was told to me that was going to be done, was done on time and within the quoted price. It was perfect. ?

I had an emergency plumbing issue at our rental home. I called at 8:00 am and they were very responsive and said they would be there around 4:00PM. At 3:00 pm their restoration called my renters to come out and assess the damage. We declined because restoration was not necessary because the leak was caught early. 10 minutes after we turned down the restoration we received a call and said their plumber couldn’t make it out today. We could pay and extra $79 on top of the $150 emergency fee since tomorrow is a holiday. This place is a scam. When they couldn’t get my money or my insurance companies money on the restoration then suddenly their plumbers couldn’t make it out.

Jonathan was a great help coming in on his busy schedule and was able to evaluate our situation. Came in on time and was quick with his team. Answered his phone at all hours and was happy to help us with new leaks that popped up.

I had a leak in my main water line and noticed that my neighbor had a plumber at there house. I asked if they could take a look at my house and Emilio from Exodus came right over. Interesting enough that my problem was the same as my. Neighbor! He called into his boss and was able to schedule repair the next day. Emilio brought over some rubber pipe and a clamp to stop the leak until he could repair it the next day. Chester, Emilios assist was also very helpful and did an outstanding job!

Victor was amazing! My fiancé and I got into a project that went wrong fast! We tried to replace a shower handle and the cartridge broke and got stuck! This happened at 8pm on Saturday night. I contacted Victor and he came over quickly and fixed it! He was able to remove the cartridge and hw did not try to upsell me! (Unlike the other 2 plumbers I spoke to) He was honest, nice, friendly and super funny. I would totally recommend him!!

Wonderful experience. I like that they do follow code so that you won't have problems later from the city. They do quality work and deal with all the paperwork dealing with codes, asbestos and rebates. The workers are very friendly, personable and will explain things. They clean up after themselves and don't leave things lying around which is wonderful for my mother who is limited in mobility. Very respectful of her needs. The office staff and scheduling department are very friendly as well. They keep communication open if there is a change. I will be using them again and have been doing so for years both in AC/H and in plumbing.

My wife called this company to fix a leaking tub faucet. Sal came over Friday afternoon and gave a quote. We agreed and he said he would come by Saturday morning at 930am. He never showed up nor did he call to let us know. My wife called twice and the first time he picked up and hung up. Second time no answer.
