The gentleman came and took care of my house’s emergency due to the bad weather. They were able to restore toilet to good working condition. Also, they replaced my water heater but before that they helped replace the old water heater I felt very confident and trust the gentleman because I felt the gentle we’re helping me and not taking advantage of a senior citizen. He explained everything step by step and made sure I understood everything the whole way through

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY‼️‼️ They are a rip off!! DO NOT ALLOW LUIS to do do any work or estimate if u choose to use this company, which I advise against it!! He has no sense of purpose or action. He milked finding diagnosis and did not resolve problem. He was not prepared or have proper tools, which I specifically asked receptionist since leak was under slab. He arrived and spent 10 mins in van and Spent whole time writing up diagnosis and estimate on my dime which he still did not send me until morning. Furthermore, not only did he not fix leak, which he said was “unrepairable”. However, that was not true!! He did not want to break into slab …. Which leak was right on top!! If he would have just done a little more investigation!! But, rather wanted to run a line via attic which would have been costly!! However, he did not want to do that either at that time because it was too hot!! He said he wanted to come in the morning because it was too hot and he was not going to be up In the attic in this heat!! Not only that he capped off all water leaving me with NO WATER AND LEFT WATER HEATER ON Which could have caused a fire if all water had evaporated!! I only gave them a 1 ⭐️ because 0 is not an option ????

In the case of replacing my water heater in my situation, the dryer had to be removed away from the work area. It had to be temporarily relocated to my den while the new water heater was being installed. the plumber, (Oscar) conducted himself in a professional courteous manner, was considerate of my property/furnishings, and handled moving everything with care.After the water heater was successfully installed and the dryer relocated/reconnected back to its original location, Oscar also installed a pressure relief valve by the water main coming in to the house. Both jobs were performed in a manner consistent with the quality that I have come to expect and appreciate from Santiago/Oscar and Alamo Plumbing Solutions. Outstanding work. I recommend them highly. Tyler L. did a wonderful job clearing out our clogged sewer line that was causing the showers in both upstairs bathrooms to leak. It was raining and was already just after 7pm when he showed up and went straight to work on the problem. He cleaned up any mess and sprayed the whole bathroom with antibacterial spray and kept us informed of what he was doing along the way. He didn't complete the job until almost 10:30pm and I have never been so grateful to be able to take a shower after not having plumbing in our bathroom for a few days! I would recommend Tyler for all your plumbing needs!

I removed one star from previous 5 stars!!!!The installation team left the trash, the replaced old parts in my attic and even didn’t tell me. I emphasized couple of times to Ken and installation team, “don’t leave trash in my attic”. They promised me but they didn’t do it. I shouldn’t have told them that we hardly entered the attic!!!Today12/10/2021, they came to do the heater turn up. Very careful inspection and detailed report from 8:00am to 1:00pm I’m appreciated it, but not what I expect to hear. I know my machines are really old and poor. If I want to extend their lifespan, I should put a lot of money on it. But I paid for the yearly turn up maintenance in order to know what you can do to help with it not only a money plan for me. For example, falling leaves in the machine, cleaned for me or not? Why not? Have checked and adjusted anything related to the heater? It’s not only a hvac inspection. So I should give one star on the detailed report and multiple suggestions of plans, but didn’t do so for not hearing anything done for helping my poor machine.Six months ago.We replaced our 2007 hvac. We met two dealers and chose Schmidt because of cheaper quota and longer warranty. Especially, sales man Ken promised to come on the installation day to tell their technicians what I was concerned. He did come the next day with technician and supervised on their setting up the site. We used new machine for one day. We only need to set 76 degree in the afternoon instead of 72 before. Good machine.

AirToday was professional. We discussed drainage pipes, how to change filters, they even found a 12x12x1 in my MBR that I never knew was there. It definitely needed to be changed after 4 years. The air in my house smells so clean now. I love the cool. Thanks Emmanuel and your crew.
