I do not recommend signing up for the Sadie Protection Benefit Plan. I have been trying to redeem my flood inspection benefit since December. Since then, I have had 3 cancelled appointments, 2 of which were on the day of the appointment after I had taken vacation time. I was assured after the last cancellation, that I would be seen first thing this morning (Saturday). I even called to confirm my appointment yesterday and was assured I was on the schedule. I understand emergencies happen, but when you cost me money (vacation time is money) before you even step through the door, it is hard for me to justify using or recommending you company. You rep did offer $50 credit if you have to make a repair but as far as I am concerned you own me a refund on unfulfilled services.

Recently had surgery and was unable to do some plumbing work at my home. I gave Alamo Ranch Plumbing a try. They arrived on time,got right to work, wore a mask for our safety and the cost was reasonable and fair. We had a tiny leak in an outside fitting and they quickly came back and fixed the issue. I am very pleased and would both recommend them and call on them again in the future

We have used Moos Plumbing on several occasions... I called early am and spoke to Kelly about our blocked kitchen drain. She dispatched our excellent plumber Jim who arrived within 30 minutes. He is personable, professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. He told us what the issue was, what he needed to do to address it and the cost involved and went straight to work. I had a toilet repair job so I called Jose who I have known for quite some time as he is my go-to plumber. Like always he came and quickly fixed the toilet without many instructions. This is a very reliable company, you guys can try them out too.

Great price, prompt service. Fixed my dripping tub faucet at a FRACTION of the cost of many other local plumbers. The access hole to the bathroom was made through the adjoining room wall (to avoid breaking the tile); the cut was well done and the same drywall piece was put back in. Was able to save costs and time by using the parts I'd previously bought at the hardware shop.
