These guys are straight to the point. They unclogged my sewer from the roof access which a lot of companies won't do because they don't go on roofs. Guy came over and literally minutes later was done. 100% best company out here that won't waste your time.

I got a call that he was headed to my house which I Iiked because I wasn't stuck sitting home waiting all day.He was very professional and cleaned up any messes left behind after and friendly as well.He made the experience with tjis company a good one. David and Steve promptly responded to my call about a leaky yard faucet. Dave immediately assessed the situation and fixed it within a matter of seconds. Unlike a previous plumber who said I would have to replace the complete faucet, Dave said it was not really necessary and saved me the expense of replacing it. He did not even charge me for a service call. I really appreciate his honesty and willingness to provide a kind service.

We phoned AAA AUGER about an unexpected leak in our front garden. Victor P. and his crew showed outstanding professionalism and courtesy in helping to replace a yard full of 90+ year old piping - an extremely challenging job which required very finicky navigation around trees, pavement, stones, and flower beds in order to update our plumbing for an impending house sale. These gentlemen endured thunder, lightning, hail, a power outage, and finally several hours in the San Antonio sun to complete the job to a high standard in a remarkably short time considering the complexity of the work. Based on his experience with Victor and AAA AUGER, my five year old son now wants to be a plumber, and I can confidently say I share his admiration for a job well done.

The tech showed up right on time. He identified the problem immediately and was very communicative during the whole process. He instructed me on what he was going to do. He did a fantastic drain cleaning and kept his work area clean at all times. After using “the snake” he unclogged our drain. Great experience, and I couldn’t recommend them more!

Paul at End of the Line Plumbing helped us yet again. Went to replace a leaking toliet but found badly damaged flange. Replace it was very careful with tile around toliet put it all back. Fair price & great work. Thank you again Paul!

This company over charges for the services they provide not only that they are very dysfunctional when it comes to work being done. The entire company has a horrible lack of communication and blames the other person for the failures and shortcomings of not meeting the deadlines they say will be able to meet. I would not recommend them for any jobs whether it was a small or large construction plumbing joband I wouldn't let them do work at my home out of fear that most of the plumbers they send aren't plumbers they are helpers that are semi knowledgeable in the industry. This allows for to much room for errors without the proper supervision of a plumber who is licensed. Save your time and money and go with a more reperative company who is not based out of Austin/Taylor area and is committed to our community better.

Reliant was a great company! Ava was very professional on the phone & had the plumbers Max & Jason come out and install a new garbage disposal that was previously leaking! Very affordable & efficient
