Luis and Carlos were very professional and did a good job. They even cleaned up after themselves with this little vacuum cleaner they brought, which I honestly wasn’t expecting. They were very careful to not damage anything. They listened to my concerns and took appropriate action. They definitely care about the customer. I was referred to this company through my home warranty. The entire experience was horrific. I had to call numerous times, across several days, to even get scheduled for an appointment because he was too busy or didn't have his calendar available, and then he forgot to call me back. Once I finally did get something set up (5 days after I reported the issue to the home warranty company), he was a no call/no show for my appointment. I called and texted NUMEROUS times with no answer. So here we are on day 9 of no lights in my main living areas. This company is extremely unprofessional. RUN AWAY!

The company was contracted by my landlord for repairs. Upon arrival I helped the technician by allowing them access to the breaker box in my apartment. I then ask what repairs would be done to my apartment and if the powers would be shut off. No information was provided. I then hear the technician cursing and calling me different obscenities. Do not recommend anyone use their services if you are expecting professional demeanor.
