This guy is totally unreliable. He stood me up several times over the course of a simple project and ultimately never completed the job, which was a small uncomplicated job he could and should have finished the very first day if he had come fully prepared. But disappearing mid-job, doing sketchy work, leaving tasks unfinished, and blowing off his customers who are calling after him to finish his work properly, is apparently a common thing for him, and I almost fault myself for not spotting references to this behavior of his elsewhere online, but it's easy to miss bc plumbers reviews like his tend to be spread out across different platforms, and are not well -centraIized in one place. Anyway, BE VERY CAREFUL with him because he is slick enough to know the importance of making a good first impression, but that is exactly what made me let my guard down with him, and that he ultimately exploited to his advantage. He wasn't done with the job that first day, said he needed to come back quickly to finish up, needed some parts, but requested payment including for those parts that was over and above what he had originally quoted me for the job, but I foolishly paid him anyway mistakenly thinking he seemed decent, and he was supposed to come back the very next day anyway to wrap up, and I naively believed he would return. But very bad move.... Never saw him again, he stood me up at least 3 more times after having specific appointments to return, the last two of which he himself specifically suggested the day and time among several possible options, eventually totally stopped returning my texts and emailsUPDATE 10/21: Apparently the truth must sting for this guy, as I noticed he texted me at 2am this morning threatening to defame us online (among other things) the first chance he gets. HOW IRONIC that only now he is first so motivated to get back in touch with me, after blowing me off for days, ignoring texts, no-showing and standing us up for at least 3 different appointments whereby he was promising to finish his unfinished work etc. SIr, EXPLAIN TO THE PUBLIC why would you be repeatedly promising us to return and finish your work if your work was already done????? Insofar as the rest of his response here is concerned, it is just the clever, contrived, and calculated word gamesmanship of somebody trying to present a certain image (a false one) to the public about what happened here in order to keep appearances, but truth is, we would not have posted a critical review had he not forced our hand. How many times should you allow someone to say to you I can be there Friday to finish up and you make time in your own very busy schedule, juggle other appointments etc, to be on site and available for that tradesman, only to be stood up yet again? We don't have time to write a full book here or dignify some of his other BS about a greasetrap that is meant to distract readers and has nothing to do with the core problem of his unreliability, but we HAVE ALL THE TEXTS between us which show exactly what he was supposed to do, including all his multiple promises to return, including his Saturday October 10th, 2:11 pm text, confirming our appointment for Monday, October 12th at 4pm. Like you people saw him, we saw him (not...) .
