I highly recommend Red Brass Plumbing. They are licensed, honest and reliable. I had a leak on my water main and they came out within an hour on a Saturday morning. All the plumbers I called before could not come out until much later. The charge was reasonable and I was not without water for long. Thank you Mitch!!

I have never received such unethical and unprofessional behavior from a company in my life.I had an issue with my water heater so I had this company come and check it out for me. During their first assessment, they went to exchange the burner assembly with a new one and it turned out that wasn't the problem. I did pay a pretty penny ($264) for their service to be back to square one but I understood that there could be many underlying issues with water heaters. At the end of the first visit, I became very skeptical because the company gave me two options. The first was to replace the control panel unit (which made sense to me) and the second was to replace the whole water heater. Moreover, they claimed water heaters only last 7 years (which is only the case if you don't perform yearly maintenance but of course they didn't tell me about the maintenance part) and still claimed it was about time for it to be replaced anyway (keep in mind my water heater was last replaced in late 2016 so that was not so close to 7 years).My gut was telling me NOT to hire them once more but over the phone they insisted that they would go again a second time WITH THE CONTROL PANEL UNIT to fix the issue. They came the second time unprepared and again without proper tools to check the water heater. At that point I should have just asked them to leave before they started, but I gave them the benefit of the doubt because they are licensed professionals. They took an hour to work on the burner assembly again (which they already deemed was not the issue) and then went to go buy a new part to be replaced. They took an hour to get the part (keep in mind I got charged that hour even though they said they would bring the correct part [didn't even bring the control panel unit] and the part store is right next to their facility). Very unprofessional. The water heater still did not work and they had to call someone to help them fix it because they didn't want to have to charge me for 4 hours of labor to get this done. Moreover, the guy on the other end didn't know he was on speaker and said F&%^ IT IF THAT DOES'T WORK THEN JUST TELL THEM FOR US TO REPLACE THEIR WATER HEATER. The worker on my end tried to play it off by saying this water heater is only 4 years old it's too soon to replace it (Even though he was the one that said it was about time to be replaced the first time they came). I got charged $350 to still be back at square one. They would have charged me more but they damaged my ceiling accidentally so I had to negotiate for them to drop the price.In conclusion, I paid roughly $600 to be back at square one (keep in mind water heaters cost around $400-600 dollars) and this company had the audacity to ask me to let them know if I want to place an order for a new water heater so they can replace it so that I don't have to be taking cold showers anymore. My blood was boiling so hot after this series of events, that I can take cold showers for the next 50 years before even thinking about getting J.R.'s Plumbing to replace my water heater.

He was very professional with a pleasant demeanor and expressed understanding of our problem quickly. Repairs to water main as well as fire hydrant replacement on the same service lines. Very on top of things and kept in daily status updates for work being performed. Saturday morning of the Memorial Day weekend we had a plumbing problem. The sewer line was clogged and water was backing up ... Nasty! I called Primo Plumbing and they had a plumber at my home in about 90 minutes. He put a long snake down the line and got rid of the clog. Sunday morning the same thing happened again. I called Primo Plumbing and a plumber was at the house within one hour. He used the snake again and this time cleared it well. We checked the sewer flow and it is draining well.The response on a weekend is one thing but to have that quick a response on a holiday weekend is superb.I commend them greatly.

Brandon showed up right on time and did a super clean install of my water softener system. He was knowledgeable and gave me maintenance tips and advice when I had questions as well. I liked his work so much I scheduled in advance to have him come back out next year to flush my tankless water heater. Definitely give these guys a call.

Seth took one look at the wiring of our systems and determined the problem was that the wrong wire had been used during the initial install. He offered plenty of options for fixing the problem and chased down the parts by calling supply houses on the spot. He provided an estimate for the work quickly. We will have a long-term relationship from this point forward

Great price, prompt service. Fixed my dripping tub faucet at a FRACTION of the cost of many other local plumbers. The access hole to the bathroom was made through the adjoining room wall (to avoid breaking the tile); the cut was well done and the same drywall piece was put back in. Was able to save costs and time by using the parts I'd previously bought at the hardware shop.

Chris and Kyle went above and beyond for us. They checked all the other things that could have contributed to the leak and quickly repaired the garbage disposal and checked for other problems. Luckily, everything else seemed to be in order. They also were extremely respectful, in terms of the silly request of knocking and texting vs the ring doorbell since my toddler was sleeping during their visit and the doorbell always wakes her up. They answered my silly questions and explained things to me that I would have never known about the house. Thanks, Chris and Kyle!
