Ed came to check why the washer breaker was tripping. He checked out the washer and he checked out the breaker and said the breaker needed to be replaced. Not what it seems.This is just an answering service that refers calls out. This is not a service. I have been calling around due to poor service with another electric company and was transferred to that company. I was flabbergasted. Your mileage will vary greatly and there was no transparency in this being a referral service only.
