Very professional people I hand them that. But just a heads up for those needing a plumber and need affordable pricing this is NOT the way to go. We needed a valve replaced and a faucet fixture. Im a single mom and needed help doing this as I didn't want to mess up any plumbing. Unfortunately, the price to do this job by this company would be $625!!!! Just for a faucet!!! This was not in our budget for a simple fix. Was able to find another plumber who charged me way less than half of what this company asked for. The other company even mentioned that was way overpriced for the job. I know companies need to make profit but a job that took less that 45 minutes at that price was outrageous and not reasonable! I do not recommend this company if you need an affordable plumber with quality work. :-(

We hired Alamo plumbing to come out to look into a leak after reading all the great reviews and unfortunately our experience was anything but that. We were messed around - they were late for two appointments and another two appointments were cancelled, one of those without even so much as a phone call to let us know. We called and called and they would never return our calls, even after going into their office to ask for a refund we have been unable to get any response on the poor customer service we received. We never got a proper diagnosis of the issue and basically we waited nearly 3 weeks and paid $95 dollars for someone to come and dig a hole and leave a mess in our front yard. In the end, we hired a different company to come out and look at the issue and it was fixed that same day.

The builder in our area had our home plumbed for natural gas instead of propane and we had a burned up furnace and incorrect water heater bc of it. Within minutes of their arrival they saw the furnace, called their boss and had a new one ordered for our family so that we would not breathe in fumes and then discovered the water heater and got that changed within days. Great service! Rudy and Daniel were both professional, efficient, on time, and had fantastic communication throughout the entire process! 10 Stars for Rudy and Daniel, thank y’all so much!!!

I had a leak on the copper pipe of my water heater so I called to make an appointment and I spoke to Fernando and he said Nathan would call me in a few minutes so Nathan did call back within 10 minutes and he told me he would be at my house in 45 minutes and sure enough he arrived at my home within those 45 minutes Nathan was awesome he told me how long it was going to be and a rough estimate I told him that was fine and he got to work and fix the leak and he didn’t charge me an arm and leg and mind you it was a Sunday I will definitely be giving them a call again

Absolutely phenomenal! Roy came over to our house to diagnose an issue and he was very personable and straight forward and just an all around great guy. The crew that came out the next day worked tirelessly for 8 hours replacing our AC and did an astounding job. Very friendly all around!

My experience with contractors has been a consistent story of disappointment, until I contacted Henry at Plumbit. He was quick to come out and promptly identified the source of my leak and addressed the issue. His price was reasonable, if not better than expected, and was transparent in everything he did. I recently had a shower remodel being done and the contractor wanted to have their plumber come out to install the new valve; I called Henry instead and he was there the next day. I may not have a reliable contractor for anything else, but when it comes to all things plumbing, I'll be calling Henry.

He did all the contacting of our home warranty company, and when they didn’t response in a timely manner, he made sure I was informed right away.After he finally got the response back from warranty company, he came right back to replace my garbage disposal. He was so kind, nice, professional, fast, clean, and just a blessing beyond words! Any time again! Did I mention honest? Thank you Eric!

Juan installed a new garbage disposal at my elderly parents home. He was able to work us in to his schedule on the same day. This was very much appreciated.

Great price, prompt service. Fixed my dripping tub faucet at a FRACTION of the cost of many other local plumbers. The access hole to the bathroom was made through the adjoining room wall (to avoid breaking the tile); the cut was well done and the same drywall piece was put back in. Was able to save costs and time by using the parts I'd previously bought at the hardware shop.

I recently used Ady’s Plumbing services and cannot say enough good things. The entire team is extremely reliable and responsible. They walk you through the entire repair process and are up front with you about their costs. They also work extremely fast to get the job done and tidy up afterwards.
